He is like MacGyver. We are having a leak in our air conditioner and if we actually went and replaced the air conditioner, it was going to cost a ridiculous amount of money. He ended up being extremely reasonable. He is another one of those guys, on several occasions we've had problems when the furnace wasn't working, he was there within an hour.
