Description of Work: installed a dehumidifier. great friendly service. Technician was prompt and courteous. Will refer to all my friends.

Description of Work: Installed new air conditioning unit and water heater. Installation for air conditioner went fine but had problem with pvc pipe to outside afterward. Problem was eventually fixed but took several visits to get small leak taken care of. All in all, though, they did stay in touch and completed the work ok. The owner visited the house on the last trip to make sure it was ok. The water heater went off without a hitch. I would also like to add that I was going in for heart surgery at that time and Air Novations made sure that the equipment was installed and working properly so that I was comfortable when getting home from the hospital.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $55 for a Furnace or Boiler Check-Up. It worked out just fine.

Description of Work: I paid for a Angie's list service but when the person arrive he said that |the furnace was very dirty and needed cleaning or else the reading would not be correct. This ended up costing me close to 400.00! Seemed to be a bate and switch scheme which I did not appreciate. Not sure that I will use Angie's List again, and definitely not reupping membership!

Description of Work: Furnace was not working - inspected and found problem - ignitor needed replacement - did it immediately and furnace worked fine. Representative was courteous, clean, and explained everything so it could be easily understood. Did a very efficient job including an inspection to be sure all else was okay. Very appreciative of his good service

Description of Work: I HAD MY ENTIRE UNIT INSIDE & OUTSIDE INSTALLED & BEFORE CALLING THEM I SEARCHED AROUND FOR QUOTES TO HIGH : I HAD A GOODMAN 21/2 TON UNIT PUT IN AND BELIEVE ME AIR-NOVATIONS MADE IT HAPPEN FOR ME : GOOD PRICING :GREAT COMMNICATIONS WITH THE TECH'S THAT INSTALLED MY UNIT MOST OFF ALL WHEN I HAD A QUESTION THE TECH'S WERE POLITE & RESPECTFUL IN ANSWERING : VERY PROFESSIONAL @ WHAT THEY DO: UNIT WAS INSTALLED IN GOOD TIMING :EDWIN EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO REPLACE A VALUE PART WHICH HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO: OUTSTANDING JOB !!!! 5 STAR : WOULD RECOMMED TO ANYONE WHICH I HAVE ALREADY :I LIVE IN LORTON !!! Description of Work: Our furnace broke and they come the same day to fix it. They had parts on the truck and were finished in a few hours. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: I hired Air Novations to replace our entre A/C and air handler unit. They included a built in humidifier on the heater. We also use them twice a year for regularly scheduled maintenance. They change all the filters and make all the necessary adjustments. The contract also included 24 hour emergency repairs, calls, and replacements.
