Edwin was fantastic. He did an excellent job. Showed up on time and went right to work. We quick and efficient and more importantly did an excellent job. On top of that, they were priced lower than other businesses that also had an "A" rating on Angie's list. Very satisfied with the results.

Edwin is very professional and prompt. He replaced my windshield next day from initial call and did a great job. Hope I do not have to use him again but I would not hesitate. I have already recommended him to a few friends in need of windshield repair/replacement.

Edwin did a great job replacing my windshield last summer. He was punctual, professional and reasonably priced. I recently had an issue completely unrelated to his workmanship or quality of his product. However, he addressed my concerns immediately and was very accommodating. Edwin is an expert at his craft, offers great customer service and seems to be an all around good guy.

Apex matched the quote from a different business and came to my home to replace my windshield. I did not realize that I had heating elements in my windshield but the repair man brought the extra windshield along. He said very nicely that a lot of people make that mistake and he was prepared. He did not make me feel like an idiot. The price was $30 more than the one that I thought I needed and I was happy to pay that. Very nice job and great customer service!

Called Edwin at APEX and he came out three hours later and replaced the windhshield. Edwin was very professional and competant. He cleaned up very well after he finished. If I ever need another windshield replaced, I would not hesitate to contact APEX. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

Owner came to my home within the 2 hours window we initially agreed upon. He performed the task expertly. Moreover, he was friendly and patient with my elderly mother who insisted on watching and asking questions during the entire process. He guaranteed his work and said I could call if I had any problems with the installation.

Based on Angie's List reviews I gave Apex a call. Apex was third on my list for no particular reason. The first two shops I called insisted that to replace the seal I needed to replace the entire windshield at a cost of approximately $500. All I wanted was the seal replaced, which had dry-rotted. Edwin said he could do it for $95. He showed up on time and on the agreed upon day, replaced the seal, it looks great, and he charged the agreed $95. The entire experience was hassle free. My daughter was home that day and she was impressed with Edwin's professionalism and she thought he was very nice. Edwin did notice a small chip in the windshield on the passenger side. He called me to let me know before he started the work. I've lived with the chip for 10 years, the car has 230K miles on it, I decided to let it ride. Absolutely no pressure from Edwin.

It was a very cold day and the rubber was hardened and they had to use a hair dryer to warm it up to soften. They did a very professional job and the price is about 60% of the company which has lots of TV ad.

I called Edwin to schedule to have my 2013 Lexus windshield repaired. He was able to come out the next day to my office and did an EXCELLENT job. The results are better than I imagined. Would absolutely call him again and gave out his cards to several of my friends and family already.

He showed up on time. He was professional and wore gloves when he was putting on the new windshield. He did it properly and seemed to know what he was doing.

It could not have been simpler. I spoke with Edwin on the phone. He quoted me a price, told me when he could come out to my home and replace the wind shield and that is when and what he did. He was very professional and did a good job. I couldn?t ask for more.

Provider showed up on time and was very professional and efficient. He was able take care of my vehicle while it was at an auto shop in between services. My vehicle initially had two impact craters from the ongoing construction work up and down the HOV lanes in Northern Va. He did a great job at filling them. Later I had another rock hit my windshield (HOV Northern VA again) but I noticed no damage - that impact was hidden behind the emission sticker, so when it got colder it ended up forming 3-4 feet crack going east-west on my windshield. He did a great job fixing that also. I've trusted this company to replace my windshield with similar damage. Amazing how all the damage comes from Northern VA /DC 95 along HOV lanes.

This is the second time I have used Apex. I contacted them after my car failed inspection due to a crack in the windshield. The mechanic who did the inspection told me he would have to keep the car overnight and that it would cost at least $300. Leaving a car overnight would have been inconvenient, but since I had used Apex before, I knew I had an alternative. Apex has added a web site function that lets the customer enter information about the car and request a quote. You can also enter the VIN which helps them to look up information about what kind of glass you will need. They were very responsive, and I got an appointment for a couple of days away, the day after Thanksgiving. I also had questions about exactly what kind of glass I would need, but Edwin emailed back immediately with answers. He was thorough and professional. Friday morning came, and Edwin called ahead and was prompt. He did the work in my driveway, transferring decals and my EZPass transponder. The windshield has been in place for two weeks now and I have had no problems at all. Edwin is also a pleasure to have around, chatting amiably as he works if you have questions. All that and he is significantly less expensive than my mechanic. I hope my windshield makes it through the winter, but if it doesn't, I'll call Apex again.

Apex came to my office (on time) to replace a broken car window. It took longer than I expected, but the technician worked diligently and made numerous fine adjustments to ensure that the window lined up properly.

Great service. Came to our home as scheduled and completed the work quickly and cleaned afterward.

My experience with Apex Auto Glass went well. They did a really good job. The experience was good. I asked for a quote and I gave them the make and model of my car. They got back to me very quickly via email. They gave me a price and I was able to schedule within a couple of days. They came out to me house and replaced the windshield. It was very easy. They come to your house and they actually had a better price than some of the other companies I called that you actually had to take your car into. That really stood out to me. Their price was quite a bit better than anyone else. The quality has been great. He was here for about an hour and a half and that was it. It was done. It was a very good experience.

Call them at 12pm to get an estimate, made an appointment later in the afternoon and completed service at 3pm

My husband's car had some door issues and the front passenger door was moody and a few other glitches in others. Edwin was able to fix them to out utmost satisfaction. Will recommend him to all I know. Thanks a ton!

I selected APEX Auto Glass because they were on Angies List and close to my home. They promptly gave me an estimate over the phone and set up an appointment (at my house) which worked well with my schedule. They showed up on time, did a quick job, and I paid the amount I had been quoted. They very professional, polite, and friendly through the entire experience. I highly recommend them.

The service was excellent. They came out to my house to replace the windshield. I had given them incorrect information about the windshield that I was going to need. The serviceman immediately got me a quote on what I actually needed. He very nicely went back to his location to pick up the correct windshield and bring it back. There was no extra charge for that. He was very kind and very professional. It was a very positive experience. I've been driving and it seems that everything was done correctly. They were customer friendly and didn't mind a change that created extra work for them. It was much less expensive than I thought it was going to be. I did call around and their price was in the less expensive range. He was prompt and put in a lot of time to do the job. It took him over an hour to do the work. I would absolutely call them first if I needed their service.
