Dead tree was removed over a 2 days, tree was cut down after I called a couple of days after they said they would be here. JC Trees said they didn't know we had agreed to have JC Tree remove tree. Didn't grind stump same day as tree being cut down, said they would get it next Wednesday or Thursday they came on Friday.

These guys were awesome. Had 6 trees cut down. They started immediately and finished the job quickly. The owner walked the area with us prior to doing the job and made suggestions as to which trees would be best to trim or take down to allow more sun in on the house and he helped us plan for other tree work in the future. We were so pleased with the work done and the time Jim spent talking with us that we hired his crew to install a new roof and lay down a pad for a shed. Jim was very easy to work with and very accommodating and we plan to use his company when we need any of his services in the future.

JC's was very prompt to come out to see scope and requirements, provided a competitive quote, albeit higher than I had expected. They followed up and coordinated effectively. On the first of two work days (so far) they came on time and worked very safely, efficiently and effectively. Cleanup exceeded my expectations. An excellent work crew, worked well together and were very respectful.

The boss man (Jim) came out to my house, gave me an estimate...which I accepted before he left. His crew showed up on time on the appointed date (26 April 2016) and did a very professional, first-rate job. Safely!!! There was a tree to cut down, and an exceptionally large and dangerous branch that extended over top of a roof. All went well.

We knew that we needed tree service when high wind broke a 12" diameter tree in half. Had the wind been from the east the section of trunk would have fallen on our garage. We hired JCtreecare. On the morning that the JCtreecare team (supervisor Jim and 4 men) came, from a safe distance I watched them work. They cut down 9 big trees and trimmed dead branches from several other trees. When they left the area was clean. In summary, what I witnessed over a 4 hour time span was an exhibit of: knowledge, a plan, experience, skill, courage, stamina and teamwork. Jim and his crew did a great job for me trimming dead branches from a very large tree looming over my house. They also took down a very dangerous damaged tree in a very professional way. I had two large unruly trees and several smaller that had never been maintained. After J. C Tree Care had finished I couldn't believe that they were the same trees. They had the job completed when they stated, the trees were thinned, shaped and the yard cleaned. Great job very nicely done. Glad I had J. C Tree Care do the job.
