My wife and I appreciated the high quality of the work and the timely and courteous service provided by Curtis and his team. Unlike other contractors I contacted, he gave exactly what we wanted at a price much lower than the other contractors. Installation was prompt and completed efficiently. I would recommend this company and use them again without hesitation.

As an aside, they installed a water leak alarm next to the water heater.... While the heater did not leak, when I did incur a sump back up, the alarm warned me.... Service was timely & excellent.... I have recommended them to others

Curtis was very professional and knowledgeable of the service provided. He provided a prompt response to my inquiry. He offered several options and provided a detailed breakdown as requested. He was very courteous, polite, patient, and performed excellent work. He made us feel at ease and comfortable, explained things afterwards on where the shut off valves are, what maintenance is required, if any and even gave us a beautiful card with holiday songs. It was finally time to replace our home water heater. I talked to three different companies for the replacement. Curtis won me over with his customer service. Price was very reasonable. He arrived on time with a co-worker, both were great and answered all my questions. Removal of old heater and install of new one / drain pan took about 45 minutes. Curtis even installed a drain pipe from the drain pan into an existing drain hole in my basement floor which was not on the old heater. Big plus. Highly recommend Curtis!
