Curtis was very knowledgeable about water heaters. I also appreciated that their company only deals with water heaters and I was able to have my cracked water heater replaced in the same day. Great customer service.

They were amazing. In and out in little over an hour. Other than a new water heater you would never know they were there. Cleaned up everything and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Curtis and his partner came on time, explained the price before started working, no surprise, left the area clean. They also found a leak on the pipe above and fixed it nicely. So far everything looks good and working. Seems very knowledgeable about the project. I would recommend them or hire them again. But I was a little uncomfortable because they did not wear any mask or shoe-cover. So I had to thoroughly disinfect after they left my house. But no complain about the work they had performed at my place.

To sum it up, I was very impressed with those guys. I put the project up, I received three calls. The first contractor came and gave me an estimate. I called back the Heater Services, and they gave me a $400 lower estimate for new gas heater. They showed up at my place in 15 minutes, replaced the broken one and the whole job toke about an hour. They knew what they were doing. They do only water heaters. The last thing they did with us was some educational talk for the do's and don'ts, and how to care for our new product. Thank you, and I recommend them to anyone.

The professionals of Water Heater Services did a great job from helping me select a more efficient system than what other contractors were proposing, timely performance, workmanlike installation and cleanup, and a rather heroic job of getting my large old [original to house] heater out of a basement that had been finished after it was installed, making their task challenging. I will recommend these folks to anyone.

Speed: Called on Tuesday and had a new water heater on Wednesday, took less than a hour to complete the job. Quality: Work area was left clean and all new fittings were installed tidily. Price: Better than most. Provided an invoice up front and there were no unexpected prices at the end. Everything was upfront. Knowledge: Was able to answer all my questions and provided all information that I would need to know about my unit.

Curtis Witherspoon is the owner and Primary Technician, he maintains a well stocked and organized truck dedicated to the installation of hot water heaters. Therefore, there is no down time waiting to get needed parts or accessories. If you are having hot water heater problems, call them.

This company is wonderful. They're experts in hot water heaters and charge half of what other well known companies charge. I was positively amazed!!
