Repair resulted in a new water heater being installed. Technician was well versed in determining the problem with the existing water heater and provided alternatives to resolve the problems. I decided to replace and the technician was prepared to do that on site at at that time. Quick and efficient installation. $300 below other estimates. Company does only water heaters and their specialization shows.

Curtis was very professional and knowledgable. I'm renting out my house so it was important that I had same day or next day service. Curtis was able to schedule same day and he actually oversaw the removal of the old water heater and installation of the new water heater. The price was very competitive and the price he quoted me did not change. The only add on to the price was a $60 new valve charge in order to get the gas line up to state code. All-n-all, very pleased!

Mr. Witherspoon was very efficient and on schedule with the installation. He returned promptly to fix a minor problem post-installation. Good value and service. No complaints.

My technician, Curtis, was very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He replaced my water heater but was unable to acquire the proper drainage tube during install, but he arrived the very next day with the necessary hose, just as promised.

They were competent and professional

Curtis replaced my leaking water heater and installed a pressure regulator on my main water line. He and his assistant were prompt and professional. As a contractor myself, I was extremely impressed with the extent of his knowledge and his ability to solve other problems associated with my very old plumbing. This project also required a permit, which Curtis acquired himself as a contractor should always do for the homeowner. The county inspection passed with no problems. I would definitely recommend Water Heater Services to my family, friends and business associates without hesitation.

They called me within minutes of my filling out the Service Magic request (at 7:00 am), they quoted the best price and agreed to come at the time I was available. The two men were on time, the job was on budgete, they had a professional truck, they did a professional job. they said it would take 2 hours, and it took 1:55 minutes. They cleaned up during and after the job. They had a good attitude, were friendly, competent, and I can recommend them without reservation. Their price was also the best by $150 (or about 10%). I would most definitely hire them again - you won't be sorry if you do.
