Curtis was outstanding. He diagnosed my water heater issue right away and said the service should be covered under my new home's warranty service. He recommended I call my builder to have them perform the service for free - even though he could've performed the service and charged me for it. His honesty is a great reason I will do business with him again!

The quote was initially a little higher than some other providers, but Curtis explained the quality of the unit he was installing meant a higher part cost to him and he worked with me to ensure I was receiving the best unit for the money. The communication was prompt, clear and concise, and the service was top notch. The complete replacement was done in about 90 minutes, including the time Curtis spent walking me through all details of the unit and replacing a bad shutoff valve. I highly recommend this company.

Curtis contacted me right away and made sure that I understood the process. He was able to install my water heater within a few hours of our initial contact. He was very knowledgable and his pricing was very resonable. Him and his assistant were very efficient and got the job done in a few hours. Their customer service was superior and my home was left neat and clean. He arrived a few minutes earlier than the committed timeframe and did a great job! Curtis was very professional and knowledgeable, educating me on several important issues re: hot water heaters. They arrived when they said they would (earlier actually), finished the job in under two hours for the quoted price, and cleaned the work area when done. Their price wasn't the lowest but was competitive and, in my opinion, the best value. The only negative was that I never did receive an email response from them on my initial HomeAdvisor inquiry (despite their claims it was sent) and had to call to request a quote; but the problem could have been on my end due to a cranky server.

Curtis is extremely knowledgeable and walks you through every aspect of the job he is doing. He arrived early, which was notable given our experience with other contractors. He promptly responds to messsages that you leave, another plus given other recent experiences. I would hire Water Heater Services, LLC again if the need arises and I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

Curtis was quickly responsive to my problem. He arrived at the time he said and ascertained the root problem and changed out the defective piece of equipment. He is very friendly and courteous.

Curtis and his assistant, Nelson, were very courteous, on-time and did a wonderful job replacing our water heater. Curtis explained everything he was doing, made some recommendations and explained how the gas regulator and thermostat operated and left the area clean from all debris. Overall very satisfied and would recommend him without hesitation.

He explained it very well and also explained and show me how to prevent further problems and how to change the temperature and etc. I am very happy with this company and definitely will call them again if there is a problem with the water heater again.
