This was a complicated install in a tight space. Curtis was not daunted like the others and his price was $600 less than what the other contractor quoted. Other contractors didn't want the job because it required repiping of water and gas lines.

Hired to look at my hot water heater, turned out to be a blown breaker which they replaced. Had the replacement breaker on the truck. I would recommend them to anyone having water heater problems

Best choice you could make. Old water heater died. Called Curtis, he had one on truck, suggested a booster to meet my hot water demands, and did it that afternoon. Job was professional and extremely satisfied. And no whining kids when they got home from practice and were able to take a hot shower! Highly satisfied and highly recommend!

Water Heater Services gave me the best estimate, was prompt in locating a replacement tank, and installed in about 1.5 hours. It was the obvious that customer satisfaction is the company owner's primary concern in addition to doing quality and very professional work.

Good service, nice people. They has to replace the igniter element in the brand new water heater after it was installed as it would not light off. Charged me $100 for a $15 in line ball valve, and too much for the water heater pan - Not cool.

These people came and repaired my water heater. They had unplugged my water pump to use the electrical outlet and when they left, they did not plug my water pump back in resulting in 6 inches of water and everything in the basement ruined. They lied and denied this to their insurance co. so they refused to pay. So, use them at your risk. I, of course, take back my previous good recommendation.
