HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE AT OUR HOME IN HALF AND HOUR BUT GOT HERE MUCH SOONER, DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR WATER HEATER, DID A WONDERFUL JOB.

Craig was on time and as expected he recommended we replace the water heater. We signed contract and he returned 2 hours later and replaced the unit without any problems. He and his assistant Kevin were a pleasure to deal with.

Curtis was wonderful, I will recommend him to everyone!! He was very prompt, and worked with me to diagnose the problem. He explained why the hot water heater broke and the parts that needed to get replaced. His work was very clean and he made sure that everything was working before leaving. Plus, overall, Curtis is just a great guy! Fantastic experience!

Came promptly when he said he would, and found that the other company had made a mistake in diagnosing the problem. Very patient in explaining options. Although not happy that my water heater broke five weeks out of warranty (!), very happy with Budget Water Heater's service.

JUST GREAT, GOOD PRICE, NICE GUY

Curtis was very helpful over the phone and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He replaced a burst water heater. The price was inline with the other venders I contacted and service was great. The job was finished in under 3 hours and he was respectful of my things. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Curtis and associate were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. He also pointed out an unexpected problem with our plumbing that could have led to a bigger problem later. However, in his haste, he forgot to reattach the washer drain pipe when he placed the washing machine back in its previous spot. If it wasn't for that error I would have given him five stars.

Vendor suggested a lower cost alternative. Quite satisfied.

The work was completed in a timley manner an I have had no issues with the service. From the time I discovered I needed a new water heater to the final install was less than 8 hours. I will use Budget Water Heater Services for all my plumbing needs in the future.
