I called kingdom Air Monday morning and was surprised when I received a call that Chris was able to check out my air conditioner early afternoon. Chris arrived and cleaned the coils, and installed an UV light to stop mould on coils. I highly recommend Kingdom Air.

Tammy, the office manager, is the best. She coordinated the service around a very difficult schedule. I definitely will call Kingdom Air again and I HIGHLY recommend this company!

First contact was with Tammy in the morning via phone. Very pleasant and helpful. Scheduled tech to come by on same day, even though I was a new customer. Later that afternoon, she called to let me know Robert was on the way. Shortly after arriving, Robert diagnosed real issue, furnace started working. Upgraded thermostat as requested by us and he provided recommendations for additional concerns. Would definitely consider using Kingdom Air for further heating & AC work.

The staff and technicians were very professional and courteous. They were on time, quick, and did an excellent job. They assisted with the energy rebate form for Dominion Electric. In addition to the 99 year compressor warranty, Kingdom Air also provided a 10 year parts and labor warranty on the entire system. They also gave me a military discount and called after the job to follow up on my satisfaction. Excellent customer service!
