FE assessed and repaired foundation movement of 4000 sq ft house. Required 13 piers an d 100' long 10' high retaining wall. House was no longer settling down the hillside. Work very professionally done and timely. The project price was in line with the market in the area.

They did a good work, they do a lot work for us, the only complain that I have is that sometimes they get very busy and then we have to wait for them to be available and they are good engineers. They do a great job at a very reasonable price.

We are happy with this company's work overall. When we first contacted them about coming out a gentleman by the name of Mitch Fadely came out and walked around and gave us an estimate of what the work was going to entail and also the cost which for what we were having done was a good price. They did a correction to our foundation as some of our doors wouldn't close and we were starting to get cracks. The only set back we have is the fact they said they would come back in a month to recheck the process of the leveling of our floors and it ended up being more like two months. The workers (Carlos and his son, who are very professional and great guys) came back yesterday and adjusted the foundation and have promised that they will be coming back every couple of months until all the doors close again and the cracks are fixed.
