They are convenient and near us.  Their quality is good.   Convenience and quality.

They could always do better on their pricing. They are very professional. They could lower the prices.

I'd like it if they would provide gentler grooming.

They were great.  I liked the capability of the vet, friendliness of the staff, and punctuality.

Did not appreciate waiting on company who does not even bother to call to cancel their appointment.

It cost a bundle to make them healthy and their "healthy cat insurance" which I signed up for, thinking that it would help in the first year, always managed to not cover a hefty percentage of what I needed to have done for them. I felt very tooled by their setup. I cannot believe that the poor families that I see looking to adopt in that poor to middle class neighborhood can afford to keep these poor disease ridden and sweet little animals and can only guess that they end up getting dumped back in the system or neglected.

I adopted two orange tabby kittens thru Banfield/Petsmart/ Last Chance adoption and was told that they'd been vetted for parasites and neutered. My first check back with them showed them to have ear mites, ring worm, intestinal parasites and yeast infections. I can't imagine how thoraoughly they were checked by Banfield but a year later I've spent over a thousand on the two, not to forget the "Wellness" plan that they talked me into signing. If I had not opted to do the Lime Dyp myself, 2 times a week at $50 per pop each for a non specific number of weeks, I would have had to double my costs. The meds aren't covered by the plan, just discounted and the tests are also just discounted. How can anyone afford to won pets at these costs!

I take our poodle/Maltese in there for bath and nail trim, and they clip his hair in the summer. The woman who does it treats him well, and he doesn't seem afraid to go there. I can't clip his nails, so they do it. They are very prompt, and he's usually done before the time they give me. They also have a big window, so I can watch him being clipped.

A very decent store with good selection. Petsmart also is the host of the Lost Dog animal rescue where we have gotten two dogs and volunteered. An excellent example of a good store which is an active participant in the community.

Dr. Withers was not friendly and angry and irritable. He was not professional. He didn't care about my pet. it was an emergency visit and he did not want to take the time to even see my pet even thought I would wait. There services were not that great anyway. I have never had anybody charge me an emergency fee in the 30 years that I have had pets.

The price is very reasonable because they do a lot of work. They understand even when my dog bit her a few times. The dogs take no fear in going there. They are used to me taking them to get everything done. I would definitely hire them again.

I have an insurance plan for my dog with these guys so regular visits are free. I like the fact that they're inside the pet supply store which is very convenient for me. I like the way Dr. Castro takes care of my dog he is very caring and patient with him. They're a really good vet's office with good staff. I don't remember how much it was for the insurance plan.

I have used Banfield's for years and never had a problem until my last visit. I dropped my cat off and gave permission to use a mild sedative as the cat was scared. It took two days for the sedative to wear off and my cat was drugged all that time, I was not happy at all.

I took my dogs in for shots. They had me sign a form that said that the vet. could do an exam and whatnot. I told them I just wanted the shots, but they had me sign the form as a 'procedural' process. By the end of the visit, instead of $60 for the the service, it was $250 which I was not told they needed or were going to do.

Very good. It was a discount puppy intro package, and my friends couldn't believe the value and quality. Staff were very nice, clearly loved the animals. I will definitely go back, realizing that of course next time the cost will be higher, but still less than local boutiques.

We have used them for some time now, and during this painful experience his care and understanding was wonderful.

NAIL CLIPPING IS A WALK-IN SERVICE WHICH IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME. THE WAIT TIME IS MINIMAL & THEY CLIP HER NAILS WITHOUT ANY DIFFICULTY, USUALLY DONE WITHIN 5 MINUTES. PRICE IS MUCH MORE REASONABLE THAN THE VET WE USE.
