Courteous, Professional, and Knowledgeable HVAC Installer - Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year and SwiftPro was the right choice. I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up. Tyler worked with me to ensure I had the right system that 'fit' in the area left after removing the old system. Workers were completely professional and knowledgeable during installation and dare I say - courteous. Installation was supposed to be same-day, but one part was unavailable at the time. Tyler and his staff hunted across the local area for the part and even sent an employee out to buy a space heater to spare me from the below-20 degree night. Part came in next day and installation was complete. Very satisfied with the outcome of the project.

From initial inquiry to the final product, SwiftPro has been amazing! Imagine the panic during the coldest winter the DMV has experienced in a few years, and your HVAC blower starts vibrating and making all sorts of "I'm about to quit" sounds...and your 86-year-old mother is in your charge. Yeah, that was the panic I had when I met Tyler Griffin and his SwiftPro team. Tyler's review of our old system and subsequent presentation of the options to replace it were spot-on and immediately calming. Lucky me, I already wanted a Trane, and it was an easy move to obtain the financing through SwiftPro as well. Painless! We opted for a duct cleaning, too, and oh, it was so worth it! No more sniffles and coughs from Mom and hubby. Aaron, Matt, Oscar, and Dave are so amazing at what they do, such pros! The time estimates were spot-on, and although we own a townhouse, I felt minimal disruption to my day. Can you say your new HVAC is pretty? Well, the inside unit and outside unit are exactly that and functionally deliver what SwiftPro promised. And thanks, David M., for the masterfully constructed filter box installation and for sharing the website to obtain the filters without breaking the bank. By choice, we live in the woods, and this new filter system will help us enjoy where we live, but without the allergens. This team is the real deal and really nice people, too, like the kind you want to hang out with. A few days before the end of the year our HVAC needed to be replaced (leak and mold). After shopping around, we decided to hire SwiftPro for the job based on their competitive price and excellent reviews. Tyler advised us extremely well, spent a lot of time answering our questions and sharing his extensive professional knowledge with us even on a Saturday evening. He made us feel 100% supported and understood. And he even managed to schedule the replacement before the end of 2024 in order for us to get a consequent tax rebate. Efrain showed up on time the day of and spent the entire day installing our new bundle (HVAC, compressor and heat pump.) We could not be happier with SwiftPro's team and are very grateful to have found them. We cannot recommend them enough.

Our 40 year old furnace went out during a cold snap this spring and Moises was able to replace our whole system with a Trane dual fuel furnace system that works with our solar and gas as well as new AC unit. We were delighted by the significantly reduced power consumption this summer on AC down from $500 to $75 a month! The whole system cost us about half of what my co-worker paid for theirs. Moises and his crew were timely, professional and kind. Later this summer, my Ecobee for controlling my mom's HAVC system went out and Moises was there within two hours to fix it. I wholeheartedly recommend Tyler, Moises and crew. I have known Tyler and Moises for years and their integrity, honesty and work ethic are exceptional. But they really surprised me with their professionalism and expertise they demonstrated in installing an excellent TRANE HVAC system at my home. Moisés and Oscar did a great job. They were on-time, professional and explained in detail the process of detecting where the problem was with the HVAC system. I’m glad they identified the low pressures along the refrigerant lines. I’m glad they were able to recharge the line the same day.
