They were very responsive with the intial call and also sent the proposal with the work to be done over quickly. Even though we did not actually chose them for the work, their price was great and they were enjoyable to work with.

Initial problems arose when the new service line route was about 5 feet away the original. This necessitated some additional plant removal, and drilling of a second hole through the basement wall. To help the situation, however, the owner personally took extra steps to insure satisfaction. He also collaborated with county official to arrange a visit to guarantee compliance with health department requirements for distance from septic field. Landscaping team did a good job in restoring the yard after the project was completed.

Interstate Enterprises gave me a detailed estimate of the work to be performed and they executed in avery timely and high quality manner. I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Guys did a great job explaining what they were doing throughout the job. Only problem I have is I've lost some water pressure throughout my entire house. Other than that they were done fast and cleaned up nicely behind themselves.

I was impressed that the Interstate representative showed up and provided an estimate on Friday, the same day I submitted my project request to ServiceMagic. Two of the other pros said they could not come out until Monday. His estimate of $3600 to replace the entire water main from the water meter to the house was in line with another estimate I had received over the phone. I selected Interstate because they specialize in this type of work, rather than general plumbing. Interstate came out first thing Monday morning to start the work and finished by late afternoon. The yard looked great after they finished.

I had eleven estimates and felt the best price/quality combination was Interstate. I turned out to be right. The price was competitive, the work was excellent and the service was courteous. They left all my landscaping intact. We have a problem with water mains in our neighborhood and I will be telling my neighbors to call Erik at Interstate.

They showed up on time, completed the work in a day. They returned after the inspection and filled in/closed up all of the holes to the point that if you did not know the work had been done, you could not tell.
