Interstate did great work in a timely fashion. My only issue was that there was very little communication with me. I had a hard time finding out when the project would be completed and when the final payment would be billed. I would have liked to be kept more in the loop. That said, we are very happy with how the project turned out.

These people were fantastic, They ripped up my yard, installed a new main water feed and re-routed the piping inside my house. It took them less than a day and all landscaping was returned to normal.

The work was done in a timely manner. However, the follow up to QA the completed job and satisfaction check was not done. The agreed upon service charge was deducted from my credit card without confirming that I was satisfied with the work or a summary of what was done. However, I really appreciate the promptness with which my job was diagnosed, quoted and completed. I would definitely recommend Interstate as a trustworthy organization.

Fast & efficient!

Eric provided a lower firm quote than other bids. He informed me that it may be less expensive to run a new parallel line rather than locate the leak and patch it. Others wanted to jack hammer a hole in the basement floor which he said was not necessary as they would go into the foundation from the side. They were quick to respond to resolve this problem. I had more confidence in their ability to do a good job. Upon completion, they replaced the shrubs and sod so that it looks as good as one could expect. I would highly recommend them.

I had to initiate communication a few times early on. I was in a hurry to get the job done and felt my contact was a bit slow in responding once or twice, hence the 4.5 for customer service. Other than that, everything was great. They went above and beyond for me as well.

All other contractors were pushing to attempt to locate an underground repair with no guarantee on either finding it or repairing it. For a comparable price, they installed a new line.

I was amazed. They came the next day. You really can't beat the price. I must have had 5 estimates and theirs was the best. Customer service amazing. My dad wanted to marry me off to the estimator. Can't go wrong with this company!

Interstate was very responsive both in getting to the house for a quote and doing the work. They came out the day after I accepted the contract and were done with installation in one day. After the county inspection, they returned promptly and filled the holes and patched up the mulch and sod like new. Super job and very courteous crew.

They were quick to call me and then were able to do the repair the next morning. Of the 3 estimates, they were tied for least expensive and they were the only ones that were able to do the repair the next day.

They did a good job for a reasonable price. They also did very well at cleaning up the front yard from the hole they had to dig. I'm glad we used them.

Fast service that meet my expectations, the quoted price was the same as the final total billing, the quote was the lowest. The workers cleaned up after themselves and repaired any areas impacted by the project. The technique used was less intrusive than the other companies; two holes, one at each end of the pipe to be replaced, with no connecting trench.
