Very timely and able to complete the job without tearing up my driveway. Slightly higher price but worth it to have a clear expectation and great service.

The cost for service was higher than the other 3 estimates I received but was worth it to me because they did not have to tear up my cement driveway, yard and landscaping. They drilled under the driveway, under the yard, under the house and came up under the center of my basement to reach the main water line. Once finished, you couldn't tell they had even been here. They were here and gone the same day.

Performed exaxtly what was needed to correct the leak. No attempt was made to sell me unnessary parts or srevices.

What started as a clogged drain turned out to be on sewer pipes that needed replacing. Interstate did a fantastic job, they even replanted my lilies that had to be dug up! Well priced, very professional, I would highly recommend this company.

I rate this company poorly because of the terrible work performed and due to their slow response time with regards to issues regarding work performed (damaged wood frame along landscape and re-break in pipe). I had my main water line repaired early this year, but within 90 days the water line broke again! The company did not provide any support nor reimbursement to resolve the situation. I did not work with them to do the repair on the broken pipe.

Interstate found additional issues with my sewer that did not contribute to the backup, but fixed them anyway to be sure the line was 100% up to code and functional. It required additional equipment and time with minimal increase in cost. Great job!

Everyone was professional and considerate of our concerns. A new water main line was installed and rerouted to a new location in our home. They were available the very next day. They ensured us that they would cover all repairs to own lawn, sprinkler system and home - which they did with great care. I highly recommend them!
