They did the most important work -- the actual sewer line replacement -- in a timely and, apparently, effective manner. What I did not like was that they did not effectively communicate the extent of the restoration after the sewer line replacement. The yard was left with large piles of dirt and huge chunks of broken cement -- a disaster area -- when I had expected only a somewhat elevated front yard with seed and straw and no cement fragments. Interstate charged me an extra $1000 to get the project to where I had expected it to be. I would urge any future customer to get in advance writing, in excruciating detail, the work/results expected.

Quck work. Replaced our water main. I would highly recommend this contractor. The lawn and driveway were left is excellent condition. Eveerything inside was cleaned and crew was professsional.

They promptly arrived for the scheduled appointment. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were very pleasant to work with and the fee was very reasonable.

I was impressed with how quickly they came and gave their appraisal. As soon as I signed the contract they were here to do the work and accomplished everything in an efficient as well as quality manner. They were very neat and clean. Good quality work and reasonably priced. The grounds were cleaned up and one would never know that a water main was installed.

Stayed until it was right. Found the leak, replaced the sewer so I now feel good that my waste water, will not back up.

The Interstate technician who provided the estimate was professional and was prepared with a package of information about the entire process and included customer feedback. The work crew was also professional, arrived on time and completed the job as stated in the estimate to include inspections. They made minimal mess and cleaned up at the end of the job. Pricing was inline with other contractor estimates with the exception of one statistical outlier that was twice as much.

Kenneth was great. Prompt and courteous. His crew excavated lawn, cut into sheetrock inside, replaced pipe, replaced lawn, and cleaned up after. Sheet rock repair crew they contracted to fix holes wasn't as good, and ceiling repairs were amateur. But I would have given Ken and the pipe guys a 5 except that one installer pulled the pipe line too tightly over 2x4 at ceiling/wall junction, which caused the pipe joint to separate from the pressure two weeks later. The resulting leak brought teh ceiling sheetrock down. Ken sent someone to fix the problem immediately. The new sheetrock repair is better, but still not great.

We had a water main break in our yard. Once I used service magic with help in getting a lead on possible companies to use, Interstate Enterprise called within 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon. We made an appointment with Mr. Gordon for that evening and he stopped by to discuss our situation and provide us a quote. We did hire Interstate. They arranged everything. They called MISS Utility, got the County permit to perform the work. They performed the work on Monday. After the County inspector came out on Tuesday, they returned that day to back fill the holes. We highly recommend Interstate.

Interstate was quick in their response. They were able to locate the line leak which was caused by one of the cable carriers but unfortunately, this carrier was not quick to respond. Eventually we got the go ahead to repaair the leak, close up the search holes, get a county work inspector to sign off on the work and close up the ground. Unfortunatelly, this wasted time cost time and money. However, this was not Interstates problem but the cable carrier. The Interstate personnel were all very pleasant and professional in their work. I would recomment them to anyone. Still battling the carrier for the reimbursement on this work.

Water service line was replaced in about 5 hours. Questions were answered and concerns were addressed. What seemed like a big problem was was efficiently and painlessly solved by Interstate.

kenneth gordon was very prompt and professional during the estimate process. the only reason i did not give 5 stars is they could have been better at letting me know the stages of the work process instead of me calling and asking.
