Eric was great and he and his partner managed to get our very stuck garbage disposal unstuck. We also had them flush our hot water heater and get us set up for a toilet swap out. We decided to go ahead and do the yearly plan with them because just with what we had done today and will do with the toilet, the discount it gives us more than what we will pay for the plan. Eric was very personable and wasn't doing a hard sell, so that was a very welcome sight!

The repair was replacing flushing lever. The job was performed by John Paul of Home Service Doctor. He was very professional, courteous. Got the job done to satisfaction.

They instaleld our piece and explained various aspects of its operation, along with maintenance instructions. We appreciated their pricing options, too. Timely response and showed up the following day on time. Eric and his teammate were friendly and professional and open to the idea of rebuilding the leaking valve rather than replacing it (which would have been more work and more expense). They returned a few hours later with the necessary parts and had the leaking valve fixed in about 20 minutes. They use ServiceTitan so everything was on the iPad and in electronic form which I greatly appreciate.
