Everest quickly accessed the repair and had the right tool to cap a kitchen waterline. He was a resource for water purification. We may decide to do further work to improve our water to protect our plumbing from water scale.

A year ago, I had Home Service Doctors replace a septic line that ran in front of my home. Over the course of the previous winter, the trench that they dug began to sink down considerably, almost 2 feet in some areas. The trench that was initially dug, was right next to my brick front porch. As the ground sunk down, dirt fell away from beneath my brick porch and made it break into several pieces. I notified Home Service Doctors that the trench needed to be filled in and that my brick porch needed to be repaired. Home Service Doctors agreed to both and said that the warranty would cover the repairs. It took over two months to get crews out to work on the yard. Eventually they filled the trench in my yard with a hard clay and they attempted to lay grass seed (not a single seed grew after good care and water). However, after weeks of attempting to contact the company about still needing my brick porch repaired, there has been no response. I have given up on having the porch fixed. When Home Service doctors replaced the pipe in my front yard, I paid 14K. I was initially happy with the work but after the hassle of dealing with the problems, I would have employed another contractor.

Customer service was great. The two people that came out to survey the issue were very informative.

My service advisor was very professional, very knowledgeable, and resolved all of my problems. He also informed me of other issues that I might want to have performed in the future. I did inform him that I believe the company was priced higher than other plumbing companies. But the work performed was performed very well.

Home Service Doctor's were the best professional team i have ever had, period. From the call i got to the estimator to the workers coming and installing my tub drain. Total professionalism all the way, i will definietly use them again with no hesitation. This is a veteran owned company that goes the extra mile!!!!

Your prices are high for diagnosis for 10 minute work.

I fund the technician to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained possible issues and gave me suggestions on how to fix them.

We had a leaking service line to our bathtub. JP was able to come by that morning, inspect it, find another leak, and provide a quote. We decided to go with them for the job. And Sidney came by that afternoon to replace the leaking pipes. They took the time to answer our questions and communicated clearly what needed to be done

This is a good company BUT Quality has COST so if using these technicians be prepared to SPEND some money. Very professional so if the work is being done to investment property you can be sure the job is Spot-On. They have great customer support and excellent on sight professionals. Be prepared to pay a higher cost than Handyman services. These are Licensed Pros and work is Done Right

I was very pleased with getting the job done on the same day. If I have to wait too long to get an appointment I will usually wait or put it off. I like to get things done and out the way, I don't like waiting. Waiting causes me to put things off. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Very professional, communicated the scope of the work and changes since the initial assessment (needed new hoses with the new valves), were accommodating of my nosy dogs, and truly a pleasant experience considering the circumstances that brought them to the house.

It all started because Home Depot won’t install my fridge because of plastic valves which isn’t noted anywhere when you purchase an appliance. I was stuck and needed a plumber pronto. I filled a form out on Home Advisor and shortly after Home Service Doctors called. Kudos to dispatch for being so quick! I explained I needed someone ASAP for the valve. They kept updating me on an ETA but I was desperate and made 2 other appointments. Home Services Doctors FTW and Abram showed up. He was very pleasant, gave a quote to replace them all, and scheduled us for first thing the next morning. Neftali and his apprentice arrived, assessed the situation, explained the issue that they would need to install lead hoses, too. They honored the original quote which floored me! They were as quick as possible replacing 15 valves. They were pleasant with my dogs, too! Highly recommended! They were pleasant, professional, and quick to respond to calls or texts.
