Great work by Sidney. Fast and complete. Only thing that would make it better would be to have some post service Drywall repair folks to wrap it up with a bow. Will avoid searching in the future and will go stratify to these guys and ask for Sidney if available.

The team who came out were very friendly and professional. However, what I was expecting to pay for diagnostics, went up ~5x the initial quote because they had to cut a hole in the ceiling - only to realize there were no pipes there!

The technician was top notch. They came in and assessed the issues and gave us options. After we discussed it was decided on a course of action. They had us back up and running in 48 hours. They kept us informed as things were progressing and when they finished they cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company and their services.

Everything went well and the service man, Sidney Janet, was verry professional. My only problem and why I did not have the sink and pedestal installed was the cost quoted... I needed the toilet, so I paid the quoted price. The price I paid for the toilet installation was much more than you quoted me .

3 plumbing issues were resolve: 1) leak in the ceiling was fixed and an access panel was installed so I didn't have to hire someone to fix the dry wall 2) fixed the shower valve without having to go through the wall (2 other plumbers said they would have to go through the wall) 3)replaced a pressure reducing valve which I had not noticed was leaking I was very happy with the service. They came out the day after I called .
