They were terrific. So nice over the phone and in person, came on time--even a little early. Completed the job quickly. I don't know how much it costs to do this work as I've not had to have it done before, but I'll definitely call them again and again!

I had to call another company to do a follow up. The service tech they sent did a terrible job of installing the disposal.

He replaced my whole house filter and installed it backwards. He also did some work on toilets. Was not unsatisfied until he started talking politics (unprovoked) and frowned about my religious views. I will not have him back in my home.

The quality of work and fix is good but the clean up is where they did not do a good job.

They're a really good team that knows what they're doing and the follow up and follow through is awesome.

Thought it was going to be a big fix on our sink & turns out we just needed to snake the drain further down than we already had. Our plumber was very friendly, knowledgable and called to ask if he could show up a hour early (which we were happy to have). I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

I didn't need the fix that I thought I did thanks to Hicks plumber, but they were able to get to my real problem and fixed it right away, a leaking flapper.

Very prompt and professional service. The plumbing job on my master bath toilet was bigger than anyone thought but when the work was finished it was totally fixed. The mess was cleaned up and I was told to call if there were any problems. I would definitely use them again.

This is a small local business and let me tell you....they know the meaning of customer service!! They were very professional and their pricing was more then fair. They repaired my garbage disposal and gave me information to help to prevent a problem again! Great business and I highly recommend them.

Replacing the kitchen and laundry room faucets + 2 valves. Very efficient, courteous and professional job. Fully satisfied. We did also ask estimates before doing the job and they were the cheapest (not by much, showing the estimates were normal)
