Mounted and framed a diploma.

I paid $37 for that work they did. They were very knowledgeable and had different samples of glass for me to see. They had 3 different kinds of UV glass that I could hold up and see which was going to be the best for my paintings. They gave me good answers over the phone, their prices were very competitive and it was a really good experience. All the other companies had to call and order the glass, but they had it in stock and cut it right there while I waited.

There was an issue at the start, but they did fix it immediately. Everything turned out fine and I was satisfied. I would use them again if needed.

This has to be one of the best experiences we've ever had with a frameshop. They were courteous, professional, helpful, and inexpensive. They provided excellent advice on frames--including colors, style and matting to use--and they even finished the job about a week before their estimated completion date. The final products look great. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Excellent, from start to finish. All three pieces came out beautifully. The two art etchings were matted perfectly. Richard helped me and was incredibly patient. He offered great advice and helped me pick the matting, the frame material and the glass. There are many options with each. I was a bit overwhelmed, but I was walked through each choice, step-by step. The prices were very fair. The vintage WWII poster turned out great, as well. I was worried, as it had original creases and some aging. It was mounted in such a way, using acid-free material, to not only preserve it, but to also to retain its value. Everyone who see it compliments me on how well it was framed and mounted. Also, the two etchings were framed in less than a week, right before Christmas. I mentioned that I needed them ASAP as they were a gift and they completed the project early.

Communication was great. They called me to let me know that one picture had water damage. Consequently, I elected not to frame it. They were very helpful in assisting me on frame, mat and glass selection. The entire project was completed in a very short time. We are very pleased with the quality of the result.

They have very good prices for the area. They also have very high quality and a wide selection of frames. They are used to working with artists and photographers.

I just dropped them off and everything went fine. I should have them back in about a week and a half. They were courteous, friendly and very accommodating. I used a 10% coupon from Angie's List.

The staff was responsive on the phone when we first called and despite their small shop and limited Sat hours they were very cooperative and insured that everyone got waited on. The work was of the highest quality and was finished on time. Their expertise and selection of materials is outstanding. Price was very reasonable, especially compared with lesser quality at the "chain" craft store operations.

Frame Masters has a great selection of frames and mats and their prices are incredibly reasonable. They did a great framing job and we love the end result. The downside is that they are not convenient if you live near DC and their hours are not weekend-friendly. But the money you save versus a high-quality shop close to DC is worth it. We first heard of them from a photographer at the Torpedo Factory who uses them for all of his work.
