Description of Work: Refrigerator freezer was leaking water inside the freezer, I thought it was from the ice maker. Expert Appliance diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain for the defrosting water to drain into, removed the clog and have had no problems since!!! Quick and easy and he showed me what to do in the future if this problem occurs again, also helped me install new water filter and showed me easy way to do it. Most excellent and expert experience!

Description of Work: The service man came out to look at my elderly, malfunctioning dishwasher. Diagnosis was that I needed a new control panel. He was unable to find one -- they are no longer made for my model. I ended up buying a new dishwasher. I have used Expert Appliance Services in the past and will use them again when needed.

Description of Work: I contacted Expert Appliance Services on a Saturday morning regarding a problem with my refrigerator and was told they could be out that afternoon. They arrived withing the time frame given and within 30 seconds of walking into my house, told me that my control board was bad. The part was replaced and my refrigerator was fixed in about 20 minutes. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will definitely do business with them again.

Description of Work: I had a bizarre malfunction in my stacked washer-dryer unit. Expert Appliances came out to determine what was causing the problem, and then gave me an estimate for how much the full repair would cost. They ordered the necessary part, and made an effort to come back for the replacement as soon as they received it. The part came in late on a Friday afternoon and they offered to come in the next day--I was traveling that weekend, so instead of waiting until Monday, they added me to the end of their Friday service rounds. I was very impressed and pleased!
