I called the office in the morning and left a message, when I didn't hear back, I called again just before 4 pm, they made an appointment to come between 6 - 7 pm, tech arrived at 6:03 pm. :) My burners were working but not my oven. Sunny diagnosed that my ignitor was bad, had the part in stock and replaced it in less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased with his responsiveness and he explained what was going on and how the oven has two ignitors and other things that reassurred me that he knew what he was doing and the job was going to be done well. I have no complaints - even the price was reasonable/affordable. I will call them first if I need service in the future. :)

I called multiple companies on Mon morning for service on my dishwasher. They were the only ones that would come on the same day AND they had the lowest estimate fee. Turned out to be a minor fix, took no longer than 10 min. No jacked up fees. The technician was extremely polite and helpful. Not only did he fix it but he showed us how to maintain it ourselves should it happen again. I am definitely keeping his card in my files for future needs.

Expert Appliance Services They came out twice, because the first time, they couldn't detect the problem. They were very willing to came back out the second time. They did a great job ! I had an Angie's List Coupon for $40 dollars, and they took off that $40 for that visit. That was excellent ! They are very nice, and I am very, very pleased ! The same man came out both times, he was very good. He did the work, was very efficient, and very patient. He let me show him what was happening. He also gave me some good advise. I would recommend them.

I called at 11:15 on Sunday morning expecting to leave a message. I got an answer and explained the problem. They said Sonny would be there by about 1:15 which is exactly when he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem (auto-defrosting system was shot), gave me an estimate and had the repairs completed in 45 minutes. The refrigerator is working perfectly. Sonny was very professional and polite. I will use Expert Appliance for any future appliance repair needs.

I called Expert Appliance Services on a Monday afternoon and received a return called early on Tuesday morning. Sunny from Expert Appliance Services agreed to meet me after work that evening. Sunny arrived early in the hour time frame. He was knowledgeable of my model of refrigerator. Sunny diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part in his truck so he was able to replace the faulty part after defrosting the freezer. It took almost no time at all. I was on the fence about whether I should just replace my refrigerator or have it fixed. I'm glad I went with the repair.

My clothes washer was no longer spinning, so my clothes were soaking wet after the wash cycle ended. I called Expert Appliance Services on a Thursday and was scheduled for Friday service. A couple other companies didn't have anyone who could come out to my house until the following week. The technician came right on time to my house. He had shoe covers on. After spending some time looking at the machine, he said that either the belt needed replacement or the transmission was no longer working. He said if it was the former, the problem would be fixed. All he needed was the belt, and he had found a place in Falls Church that stocked it, so he would run to the store immediately to get it. He said that if it was the transmission, then I'd need a new machine, as it wasn't cost effective to repair a washer transmission. He also said that he would refund the cost of the belt if it didn't work and charge me only for the service call. He returned quickly, installed the belt, and checked to see if the machine was spinning, which it did (he showed me). I subsequently did a load of laundry, and this time the machine did not spin. I called Expert Appliance Services and was told that the money for the belt would be refunded to me. Within a week, it was! I will definitely call them again-- easy scheduling, on-time arrival, and very fair way of doing business.

They came out the same day as my initial call, and their pricing was reasonable.

Finally fed up with de-icing my no-frost freezer and fluctuating temperatures in the fridge compartment (and unwilling to shell out $$$ for a new appliance), I called on a Thursday afternoon. I was told someone could come out that evening, but I opted to wait until the next day because of my own schedule. He showed up early in the 2-hour window, which is always nice. When I explained the problem with my fridge, he immediately diagnosed a plugged drain and set about fixing the problem. He looked at my burner, too, but that turned out to be a faulty switch and rather more difficult to replace - and more expensive than it ought to be because it looked like another part had to be broken to get to the switch. Instead, he showed me how jiggling the knob just so would make it work, and we decided to leave it as is unless it stops working entirely. The work was quickly done, everything cleaned up (and food put back in the freezer!), and I couldn't be happier.

Our dishwasher started to have problems a week ago when it ran continuously for over 5 hours (I started it, left for a while and when I came back home, it was still running!). My husband ordered a new timer and installed it without problems, but now the pump wouldn't drain the water from the bottom of the washer, so we figured that the pump was burned out and called Expert Appliance around 3pm. The technician who took our call originally said he could come out that evening between 6-8 pm, but then asked if he could come by around 5pm. I was surprised, but grateful that he could fit us in on such short notice: doing dishes by hand was getting pretty old. He arrived promptly at 5pm and diagnosed the problem within minutes. It turned out that the pump was indeed blown out and to replace it would cost $300 with parts and labor. He said he had the pump in his van, but we chose to replace the 12 year old washer instead. Even though he didn't do any work for us, he was extremely pleasant and explained the pros and cons very clearly and simply and only charged me $39 for the trip. Would definitely use this company in the future.

He was very good and very prompt. I was happy with him and I don?t have anything bad to say. He came the same afternoon and he had the part on his truck. He was reasonably priced.

Our dryer stopped working in the evening and we called Expert Appliance Servcies around 8 PM. We got a call back that evening and got an appointment for the next day. They told us the repair man would arrive between 2-4. Sunny arrived a few minutes before 2 and replaced the motor in our Kenmore dryer in less than an hour. He was prompt, courteous and completed the necessary repairs. I was most impressed by his punctuality. I didn't have to wait hours for him to arrive. I would definitely use this company again.

Overall this company was great and helped me out of a jam when my washer stopped working. Called them Friday, and left a message. Didn't hear back for an hour so called again and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They called 30min before they showed up as promised. Gentleman got here, told me he has fixed 3 other washers in my building in the past few months. Started working, drained the remaining water in the washer, swapped out the motors and was done in about 20 minutes. I guess this was a fair price for the job as I do not have a lot of experience with repair companies. This was everything included, so I guess it costs what it costs. I am happy to have the washer working. They were professional, punctual and did as they promised. I would definitely call them again for another appliance issue.

My refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday and, I called Expert Appliance Services as soon as I noticed the problem on Sunday. They promptly called me back and sent a technician (Sunny) on Sunday afternoon. He was prompt and courteous, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate to fix it. I had him go ahead with the repair and he completed the work quickly, put everything back in place, and made sure the area was cleaned up. The fridge is now up and running again. I had an excellent experience with Expert Appliance Services and I would definitely use them again.

Estimate was $300 for labor and parts to fix the 8-10 year old appliance, which came with our house when we bought it. Suggested we not bother repairing it, since it was too close to the price of a new washing machine. I'm glad we listened, since we noticed the bottom of the machine was also rusting out when Lowes delivered our new machine and took the old one away.

I called at 4 pm, Sunny said he could be here in an hour. Actually arrived in 45 minutes. Was EXTREMELY competent in diagnosing and repairing the problem, which was not what I thought it was. Was also very safety conscious -- watched me turn off the circuit breaker. I can't recommend this guy more highly.

The service man arrived in a timely manner for the appointment I made two days prior to his visit. It took him nearly an hour to repair the valve on the icemaker of my refrigerator. He charged $161 and did an excellent job. He was very professional and left the area clean.

Service was excellent. Appointment was made same day, a call was received 30 minutes ahead of arrival and the technician had all the parts necessary to do the repair. Price for services was very reasonable for the area.

I was pleased from the start. Some of the contents of my freezer were thawing and I needed a repair quickly. I called around 9 a.m. and was told they could send someone within the hour. The technician, Sunny, arrived within 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem (bad motherboard), had the equipment on the truck and fixed everything in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional. I will certainly use this company again the next time I need an appliance repair.

I picked up this company from Angie's List, left a message in the morning, he responded within hours, set an appointment and came over to our home on that day, after calling 10 minutes before, he came exactly on time, found out very fast what the problem was, had the right parts and tools with him and did a professional job. He is very knowledgable, friendly and neat. I will certainly use him again anytime we have problems with any of the appliances.

Excellent. I left a message overnight and got a call back the next morning. The appointment was set for first thing the following morning, which was fine for me. The tech called 10 minutes before arriving and was there on time. Courteous, professional. Showed me that the washer was OK and didn't need work. However, he gave me some good things to look out for in the future. Was in my house for about 30 minutes. Charged $63, including a discount for using Angie's List.

The dishwasher works great now, maybe even better than it did before (glasses seem cleaner).

PJ Pant responded to our call and came out at the time that was convenient for us, on time, and was able to fix our oven within an hour. The oven is more than 20 years old, and we were very relieved not to have to replace it at this time.
