A four person crew showed up early. Worked hard for 4 straight hour. did what we had agree upon and left the property neat clean and orderly. Will have them back when needed. Their price was 32 percent lower than the next bid.

They arrived early and completed the job quickly.

I hired this contract to remove a tree and grind two stumps for me. Communication was initially not what I thought it should be as the start of the project was delayed and I did not receive that information until much later on the day that the project was supposed to start. I thought that the price was reasonable and he was very courteous and professional. I would hire again.

I originally talked with Juan but he ended up sending out his brother to do the work at my home. I gave specific instructions but he missed two extra tree stumps I wanted removed. He made a mess and didn't clean up well (didn't even have a broom with him- I had to let him borrow mine) I'm very disappointed in the way this job turned out. I even had to turn off a hose they left running when they attempted to wash away the debris. Juan was nice on the phone but I'm sorry I hired them and wouldn't recommend them.

Juan promptly visited our home to survey the work we were considering, promptly provided a thorough estimate of the work to be completed, offered a fair price estimate, and completed the work as described and intended including leaving the areas addressed in a clean and undamaged manner.

Castro Garcia Tree Services is professional, gentlemen, work product is great and punctual. Did exactly what the estimate called for, and left our property looking great. Have recommended to several of my friends. I have more projects and will continue using them.

They were professional, reliable, and customer-friendly. The job was cut short by a thunderstorm but before they left they finished the yard clean-up in the heavy downpour. They came back the very next day and finished the job.
