Description of Work: Replaced faulty circuit board in a 3 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. Freezer worked refrig. compartment did not. Problem was in the self defrost control unit. (Called about 11 am service performed about 3 pm. |Excellent service.

+ -1 moreHe told me he would order the part to hold the knob on and call when it came. Well I call 2-3 times and the last time I called a lady told me my agitator was in but not the rest and I said what that's not what was wrong with the washer. Then when I call G E to see why the parts hadn't been paid for the said since it was going to take so much to fixit they would refund my money since it was a old washer .And the only thing it need was a knob and I still used it for a year with pliers.
Description of Work: He had replaced a part 3-6 months earlier and this time he puts a screw threw to the front of my washer and it is sticking out so as to stick your self then tells me he did it

+ -1 moreHe does good work. We live in the country, so sometimes it does take him a little while to get here. When he gets here, he is in and out with the job. He is very good. I trust him and I'd call him back if I had a problem again. He is busy, so sometimes he can't jump on the job right away. He arrives when he says he will be here. I will use him again in the future.
