John Morelle

Description of Work: I am selling my house, so I have been trying to get everything in tip-top shape. Mr. Morelle and his team came to my home the very same day that I called, within a few hours. There was a storm approaching and I had a leak in my roof caused by a worn out drain pipe cap/flashing, which they fixed that very day, a Friday. They returned that Monday and did multiple jobs including the following: painted water stain in ceiling caused by leak; touched up paint trim in various places, including a basement window, and they fixed my basement door. They went above and beyond the call of duty. For instance, at my request, one of his team members even cut some flowers (black-eyed Susans) for my vase! There are a few other things that Mr. Morelle is scheduled to attend to for me, so needless to say, I will definitely use his services again.

Description of Work: Complete new roof on my home, explained to me the types of shingles that were available, new felt paper, new vents, removal of all debris, flashing on chimney & repair to the porch.
