The results were beautiful. What I appreciated more though was that when I contacted the provider for an estimate for refinishing and decided it wasn't in my budget, he gave me some advice for doing it myself.

It went great. Looks Great. Mark is a very pleasant guy to work with. He came to my Office and showed me samples in the street because I was in a rush. I have used Mark and his company before to install hardwoods on my downstairs floors and they also did a great job on those. If we need any flooring or carpet done in the future we will definitely be using All-N1-Services. Thanks Mark.

Throughout the process, the owner was slow to respond. The carpet and vinyl were installed in one day. The two men worked well together and did a good job. The hardwood floors were done by a different team of employees. Three nails, some scraps of wood, and brush hairs were left on the floor and sealed over. Some of the new shoe molding was split. A darker edge was evident along some outer edges of the rooms. . Trash and saw dust were left on the front porch area and in the driveway. There was drama between the two workers with one leaving the job before completion each day and his partner not knowing why. Corrections were made, and the price was reduced $400 to compensate for the weak service. One of the new hardwood boards is long and significantly lighter in color. Even though that shade is in other boards, it is only with small areas. This board is noticeable immediately when entering my home. It is unlikely that the color will blend in time to the extent needed. The owner did not replace it. The lines along the edges of the floor were worked on but the "redo" is noticeable in some areas.

It went well. The owner gave detailed cost estimation through email. The work was done on time with high quality.

They came out to do the service some time in October or November and I spent about $4000 for them to install hardwood floor. They were doing some other work for us as well like counter top but they asked if we could wait a few weeks until they came back to complete that job. We said that was fine and they came back and put them in and it was also perfect. For flooring jobs this company is excellent.

The job was performed professionally. The details of the job were coordinated over the phone, and with specific written notes left at the jobsite, and one onsite meeting. The product style of the counter top was identified from samples at a local major hardware retailer, and All-N-1 obtained the specified sample for the job. All-N-1 had to remove the old counter top, undo the sink plumbing, and make approximately 5 cuts to the material in order to install it. The old counter top was removed without causing any damage to the underlying cabinet. The sink was removed and then re-installed professionally. The seams of the diagonal joints were well sealed and essentially were not visible. End caps were placed on the counter top ends, and a special jig cut was made to accommodate a new stove. The job was completed with minimal guidance after the original coordination meetings. The job was performed without on site supervision. The new counter top looks very good and was cleaned.

The appointment was arranged by a combination of e-mail, which worked well, and a phone call with voice mail. The description off the requested work was provided and an estimate was also provided. The work was scheduled, and completed in a very timely manner. The old exhaust hood was removed cleanly, and the new one was installed without supervision. There installation was performed well, and cleanly. The dead bolt were also installed in a workman manner, and they function properly.

I contacted Mr. Waitkus through email to arrange a site visit. He was prompt and courteous, answered all my questions and gave me a clear idea of how long the project would take and how much it would cost, costing out various options. He even gave advice on how we could save money. He was always available to answer questions and update me on progress via email. When it became clear that we needed to complete other work before getting the floors installed (painting and drywall), he put us in touch with other contractors and assured us we could still meet our project deadline. The actual flooring install took 2.5 days. The crew was always on time, courteous, and addressed any concerns we had. They cleaned up after the project. Mr. Waitkus handled all the billing conveniently through email. The floors look great! We will hire this company again.

They showed up on time and did a very professional job and left the place clean when they were finished. If we decide to convert another room to hardwood flooring, I will use them again.

Replaced carpet in family room. They did an awesome job. Moved remaining furniture for my wife and moved it back once done. Very nice people.

A general contractor friend told me All-in-one's floor price was extremely reasonable and fair. He did a beautiful job: I heard the vacuum cleaner running as much as I did the nailer and saws. I'll never use anyone else if I have to do this again.

Overall, well done, but there was a considerable delay in putting on finishing touches.

everything went smooth. .work was done on a Saturday. .I had a few small issues with some splinters after installation. I sent pictures to mark and they showed up two days later and fixed everything. I can't hold it against them because they fixed everything promptly with no questions asked...

The work was sort of average. I purchased the deal and the work was done in May or sometime like that. I did have to pay more, because the floor size was larger than what the deal was for. We bought three big deals to cover the floor space that we had. We had two rooms done. Overall, it looks really nice. It was not dust free; there was dust all over the place. Others advertised that they were dust free; this outfit was not. We had to call them back two times for bad places on the kitchen floor that they kept missing. I do not know if I would recommend them. I think that we should have done more research on these companies before we got this deal. It has made us more cautious about getting anymore of these Angie’s List deals; it is more like bargain shopping, than knowing more about the companies. It was okay and we are pleased with the surface of the floors now, but I do not know if this company was that good of a company. I probably would not use this company again.

They never followed up so we just forgot about it.

It worked out pretty well. He did a good job and he had modern tools to do the estimate with.

Mark was great about responding quickly for estimate. Was very friendly, knowledgeable. Estimate was given by next morning. Prices were very fair for services requested. Just have not had time to have job done yet, but will call when we do.

The 2 men did a beautiful job. You would never know that anything was changed. They are truly professional and the job came in under the estimated price.

Good value for the price (which is approximate). Quick and well done. Wood faster than tile. Clean-up was good too. Kind of hard to communicate via email (my preferred method of communication). Prompt-on-time arrival is a big plus. One glitch was with a step (down) into the living room which took more than a couple of visits to get done right.

Appointment was easy to schedule and workers seemed very professional, however it did take four days for them to completely finish. There were a few blemishes in the surface, but overall the work looked good. We did discover some of the polyurethane had leaked through into our basement (old house with too much space between floor boards in some places), but they came back out when we called and cleaned the basement carpet for us where damage was. Overall we were satisfied with the work and would recommend them.

Floor looks great and is easy to maintain. I was complexly satisfied. I have recommended them to friends and would use them again.

The job was done professionally.

This is the second time within a year that I had water damage to my hardwood floors. The workers came on time, came to work, and completed the job as expected. It was a very good job. I would use them again if needed.

On time and at budget. Calls always returned promptly. 'Nuff said.

Mark was quick to respond to my inquiry, and flexible with his schedule to come out for the estimate and installation of hardwood floors in my living room. He is knowledgeable, and he thoroughly explained what to expect from the flooring selection I made. I had to reschedule a couple of times, and he was very accommodating. His staff arrived on time for the installation. They, too, we're very knowledgeable and professional, and answered all of my questions. They helped me move the heavy furniture, removed and discarded the carpet, and installed my lovely new floors in a few hours time. After they left I realized I had issued payment for a larger amount than quoted (my own mistake), and Mark quickly refunded my overpayment. I plan to have them install the hardwood floors on my staircase in the future.
