The guys at Innovative Technologies & Design really did a great job. It was a simple fix, but one that required their expertise to spot and to repair efficiently. We spent a few years living with a problem we thought was due to a weak signal down the wire or wrongfully installed crossover connection when we needed a standard connection. But, in fact, it was due to a broken wire within the Cat5e receptacle. After IT&D fixed it, it worked like a racehorse. Now, my mancave has fast Internet and streaming video!

Purchased remote for surround sound...and for outside for sound..

Pre-, during and post installation communications were superb! Install was done cleanly and both Jeremy and Charlie kept us apprised of locations, capabilities, etc. I will use them to expand my security system in a few months. This was my first time using Innovative Technologies...and it won't be my last. They quickly replied to my service request...They efficiently troubleshot my problems...and did it all with a high degree of professionalism. I have added them to my iPhone contact list and will definitely call them again when I purchase and need to install and integrate my new large screen HD TV into my home theater system.

They completed the job relatively quickly; however, they disconnected cables from the back of the television that they indicated were 'extra' cables that ultimately were necessary cables. I now have to find someone to assist me with attaching this cable. They were also late and did not call to say they were on their way until after the appointed time.
