The warranty on the product that I received at the end of the job was not the one I was quoted during the estimate and all though the installation. I had to call and request a written warranty, which I received immediately vs email, but the product warranty was one year shorter than the quote. The quote was 4 years on product and 2 years on labor. I received 3 years parts/product and 2 years labor.

After an unsatisfactory experience with another local provider I hired ITC to install three TVs and conceal all wiring. One was a 75 inch flat screen with some complex wiring and audio issues. I am very very pleased. They provided a free estimate, scheduled an appointment timely, showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and if they had six stars I'd give it to them.

Exceptional Quality Customer Services.

I kept loosing my internet for no apparent reason. After several calls and 3 routers from my provider, I decided to purchase my own upgraded router. The installation looked a little involved so I called ITT for help. After looking at my setup, I was told I would need to use both the internet provider router and the new one. I was skeptical but aggravated enough to give it a try. At last, a miracle. It has been a month or so and the internet has not shut down since! Thank you guys and I apologize for my skeptimisim.
