Our first phone call was answered by knowledgeable and polite staff. I called early in the week, and K&K was able to arrange an estimate later that same week at a time that accomodated our schedules. The staff was punctual and helpful. In addition to the basics of measuring and providing an estimate, we got a lot of good consulting on what the installation process would entail, what different flooring options we had and costs for many different permutations. We weren't entirely sure whether we wanted to do the bedrooms or not, so they estimated the scope both ways, which helped us come to a decision. K&K worked with the required specs from our condo association and overall was extremely helpful and responsive. After the estimate, we stopped by the showroom to look at the different brands and colors, and were met there by the same person we had worked with all along. He was extremely helpful through the whole process. The installation itself went great. The staff was punctual, the work went quickly, and the floor looks great! Would use K&K again anytime.

K&K was professional, responsive and delivered on what they promised and more. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done.

We were interested in getting wood floors in our foyer and upstairs rec room but were a little afraid of getting ripped off or worse getting a bad job done and then have to pay to get it fixed. We got one quote and it was way too high. We looked on Angie?s list and called K&K Floors because they had a very good reputation for service and price. Patrick from K&K Floors was responsive, punctual and very helpful in assisting me with choosing the correct floor and determining the best solution for fixing an uneven space in the foyer. He also changed out wood floor suppliers per my request with no problem at all and at the same price. They gave us what we thought was a fair quote. It was much lower than the first contractor we contacted. The K&K floor installation crew was punctual, hard-working, polite and very responsive too. The floor was put in with care and superior craftsmanship. Both my husband and I are very pleased and plan to call K&K Floors again when we will do more of the upstairs. Mr. Cho was very helpful and, when I couldn't exactly remember which color I wanted, let me take two planks home, so I could be really sure it was what I wanted. I appreciated his flexibility in allowing me to supply my own floor molding, which they cut and fit, in place of the standard quarter round. I wanted to change the floor molding so I could have a lighter color floor this time. The two workmen were polite and professional. They set up their saws on the sidewalk outside the front door so the noise was minimized in the house. The glue they used did not have an odor and there wasn't any dust. They totally cleaned up when they left and the floor looks great.

Very timely with coming out to provide us with an estimate, getting us on the schedule once we decided to accept their estimate, and arrived on time to start work each day. They cleaned up each day after working and cleaned up when job was complete. We are very happy with the quality of the flooring and how it looks now that it is installed. Their was a leak in our powder room downstairs and the flooring was ruined. Called K&K, they came out the next day to look at damage and scheduled a tech to come in to repair the toilet and replace the flooring. Words of caution, just make sure you go over each part of the contract to ensure you are both on the same page regarding the exact work that will be done. We had a miscommunication regarding our stairs. They turned out great but it was not what we thought we had asked for and got an estimate for. Overall, working with K&K was a good experience and we would most likely use them again.

All I can say is they did a wonderful job at a great price. Couldn't be happier with the work.

Professional, efficient, pleasant... from first meeting with Mr. Cho until final payment. Mr. Cho was responsive and friendly. Am very pleased with the results. In addition to the standard factory warranty on the laminate flooring, there is also 3-year labor warranty by K&K.

My experience with K&K couldn?t have been better, and I commend the company for maintaining high customer service at all levels, from reception to estimating to installation. Patrick came out for the estimate in a very timely manner and was thorough and honest in his costs (he included areas like the closet that other estimators overlooked). He answered all of my questions professionally and honestly, and never tried to force one particular product on me (we ended up choosing a Mirage Red Oak floor because it best suited our taste). The quote from K&K turned out to be the lowest, but I chose the company based more on my initial experience and comfortableness with the company and also other customer reviews rather than strictly cost. The particular wood I chose was not in stock and had to be ordered, but Patrick kept me posted on the anticipated delivery date. The day after the wood arrived, two installers came out and laid the floor in a single day. They were on time, courteous, and worked very swiftly. I didn?t feel the least bit uncomfortable leaving them to work unattended while I was gone. The end product was amazing; a total transformation. The quality of the work was excellent, period. And I once again commend their customer service. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending K&K to others.

On time estimate. Well written proposal. Short turnaround time. The crew showed up a little early. The installation went off without a hitch. We are totally satisfied.

The owner took full responsibilty to get all aspects done correctly. Work was done on time, high quality products, good prices. They took the extra steps to do good work without additional charges. I highly recommend them.

The workers came at 9:30am in the morning and started setting up, ripping up the existing carpet and flooring. The miniature saw they had outside was really fascinating and for 2 people to complete my entire condo in one day was very impressive. I went out at 12:30pm to buy them some lunch and sodas because I knew they wouldn't have too much of a break if they were to complete the task in one day. They worked diligently and probably non-stop to complete an excellent looking floor. Everything looks great and I received the best estimate out of all the 3 companies I called. I would not hesitate to use them again for all of my flooring needs or recommend them to anyone. Great job!

They were okay. When they were providing options, they had pretty much decided what product we would be doing. They shied away from considering carpet, and they didn't produce any samples. They were professional and courteous, but they weren't very flexible. They won't get the contract.

They did a great job. They are very professional and had a good staff. It was a very reasonable price and much more reasonable than their competitors. They did a very good job and much better than some of the other folks I've used in the past.

He kind of got lost trying to find the house, but he did call to let us know plus we live in a new area so it's understandable. He was very helpful and even explained how and why he was using the tools he was using. He did seem to try and up sale even when we mentioned we wanted something a little less costly. I don't know if that's the estimate we are going to go with, but it was a good experience.

I sent a follow up email and I have yet to hear back, though I didn't pursue it. I may contact him back if I decide to go through with the work.

They didn't do any work for us. The person that came out was very professional and helpful. He was on time. He was responsive. Their quote wasn't competitive. I had limited interaction with them. They answered the phone when I called them.

Estimator explained process thoroughly and caught items with the space that other companies who we got estimates from didn't catch. Within about a week after we decided on the flooring, they had the flooring installed. Excellent service, price, quality and the installers even cleaned up spotlessly inside and outside.

Bottomline, I would use this company again and recommend them to friends.

They gave me the written estimate and answered all the questions that I had. I got the three and a quarter inch hardwood floor. They are supposed to install the flooring next week but due to the snow storm I am getting it done after another week. They are not the cheapest but they are in the mid-level in terms of price but they seem to be the most professional than anybody else. I like them in terms of the quality of the salesmanship, getting back to me and staying in contact with me continuously.

Went to K&K's store in Chantilly and picked out the oak flooring I wanted. Patrick said he would have 4 guys show up in less than 2 weeks and complete 1100 feet plus of hardwood flooring in one day. They guys showed up on time aat 8:00, worked non-stop, and finished by around 4:00 pm. They even disconnected the toilet and sink in the powder room and then reconnected and resealed. Beautiful work. Very professional and knowledgeable installers. Highly recommended. I will use them again!

I plan to have them come back and refinish the existing flooring in the next month. It is a big project. The new floors don't match with the existing floors that were put in twenty years ago. The family room floor needs to be refinished now. We have to clear everything out of the room. I have a grand piano, a country brand that is over 8 feet long, so I need to get a piano mover to move it from one room to the next. That's one of the biggest expenses. I got three estimates and I chose them. The quality of work was excellent. The price was very good. Overall they were excellent.

Everyone involved, from sales people to installers/demolition crew, were extremely professional. The installation was incredibly high quality and extremely fast. We first went to the show room and discussed our needs (1300 SF of hardwood @ $6/SF installed or less). Our sales person showed us some Bruce and Somerset options in our price range and set up an in-home estimate. As a structural engineer, I knew exactly what the square footage was after drawing our floor plan in CADD, and while the unit price provided in his initial estimate was good, the area estimated was about 300 SF too high. I informed him of this and he found he made an addition mistake. His revised estimate beat the two other estimates by 3 to 8% so I knew he was reasonable and fair with price. The wood was sent to their warehouse from Somerset on a Wednesday, and they delivered it the same evening to our house to acclimate. They came in on that Saturday at 8:00 am and finished by 5:00 pm. They did some minimal dusting, but put everything back where we wanted it. We had to do some more dusting over the next couple days as dust collected in the HVAC system...all normal construction stuff. We could not be happier with the results, the floors are gorgeous and are an amazing investment and improvement to our home.

They were timely, there pricing was competitive. They seem very knowledgeable and professional. I will be using them in the future.

My entire experience was great---Sean (for hardwood refinishing) and his guys are so patient and friendly; Patrick (and his crews for new hardwood) were meticulous and extremely quick at getting the job finished. I would recommend this company without reservation. I had estimates from three companies and KK Floors price matched my lowest quote received AND provided unbeatable service.

From start to finish, K & K is very professional. They are also customer oriented. They do what you want done. If mistakes are made, they take responsibility and take corrective action.
