They examined my faucet & they told me they would have to follow up with my insurance co. to determine what services were covered. They also told me I would need access to a storage outside my bathroom, but that they would confirm first what was covered. A few days went by & I did not hear from them. I called them and the receptionist rudely informed me not to call them again, that she would call me. Two weeks went by. I called again, and I was already forgotten. I set up an appointment, still not knowing what was covered. They day of the appointment. they called 30 min. before to tell me I would need storage until access. I gained this access, called back to make another appointment and again they had forgotten who I was. The receptionist was again very rude to me & told me my $100 only gets me a "diagnosis". I talked to Gary (2 months after the initial appointment) and he said he still had not followed up with my insurance co. My ins. co. filed a complaint against them and assigned a
