Called & showed up as scheduled. The person arrived for the estimate but failed to say exactly what the estimate for the work to be done would be during the initial visit. After calling & asking what the cost would be was quoted roughly over $400 to make repairs to sprinkler system. I agreed, but it was surely higher than others I have used in the past, but I needed to get the work done to prepare the house for sale. Work was done as expected. The sprinkler head alone was $49 (pricey).

What a fantastic company. I would highly recommend them! Rebecca in customer service coordinated all aspects of the job and provided me updates when needed. Steve and his crew did an outstanding job from the start to the end. There were no hidden costs or surprises. If I had a question it was answered to my satisfaction. Upon completion of the repair everything was put back in place and it looked like nothing ever happened. Phones calls and text are returned immediately. I would definitely use them again.

They contacted me on New Year's Day, I was impressed. They did a great job replacing our water main. After they were done, we looked at the yard and couldn't tell there had been two large holes just a few hours before.

Got a call so quickly I was still looking over the Home Advisor website! But that was great because I had a pipe burst and I needed piece of mind to know someone was coming. He arrived on time and fixed my problem. It was great!

They charged under $4,000 for running a new copper line 65' from the street. They cut the garage slab and dug a hole to get the line to the basement water connection. They properly grounded the system but could have done a better job concealing. Satisfied overall with the job and will not have to worry about polybutylene pipe breaking. They did a good job replacing the turf in the yard and the concrete in the garage. Thanks!

I filled out a work request on Home Advisor and they called within 20 minutes. Dug up yard fixed leaking water main pipe, and cleaned up yard within 24/hrs!

This company does not consider the well being of the customer. Provided a time and showed up five hours later with out a courtesy call. No apology, nothing. I will never use them again.

I was very pleased with the service for replacing my main water pipe. The workers were very accomplished and did a professional job. I was very pleased with how they replaced the grass in my front yard and my flower bed area. You couldn't tell that they had dug it up so many feet into the ground. They even finished the drywall inside the basement closet. The price for the service was very reasonable.
