The ProArbor crew, had contacted me the day scheduled that they had a truck break down and requested to delay the job to the next day. After I explained that the timeline was crucial, i.e. I had back to back Trim Painting and Gutter crews scheduled, they came out made arrangement to come out in another truck and completed trimming the 2 large oak trees away from the top of ours and the neighbors houses, removed all deadwood, and hauled away all debris on my originally scheduled date. We were happy with the work done and were greatly impressed and relieved that ProArbor crew worked within my timeline in spite of their truck breakdown to complete the job as scheduled.

My experience with Pro Arbor from day one was great. I spoke with Jeanne who arranged for a free estimate. Joe came out to provide the free estimate. He not only answered questions and gave knowledgeable suggestions on the trees I was having him look at to have trimmed, he also spent time with me talking about the other plants and trees in my yard. He cared not only about the trees I was questioning, but helped me better take care of my other plants. I loved that. Additionally, Jeanne, whom I believe is the office manager, was fantastic. On the day of the appointment, I had to visit a friend in the hospital. I called her and explained my situation, she worked with the crew doing my job to ensure they would be there when I could. this allowed me to be able to be at the hospital and return when the crew was arriving. Unbelievably great service. One other point, Pro Arbor was not the only quote I received. However, they happened to be the cheapest. Regardless of price, I had already decided to go with Pro Arbor because of the service the estimator had given me. But I was pleased they were cheaper. When the crew arrived, they were friendly, engaging, and helpful. They not only did a good job, they made sure we were satisfied and weren't going to leave until everything was perfect. Highly recommend Pro Arbor!

Pro Arbor was very professional and did everything they said they would do

Called ProArbor to get a quote to trim the large tree in the rear of our townhouse. The tree was allowing easy access to the roof for animals. A rep was out within the day to look at the job and provide a quote. Jeff, who is a certified arborist, came out and discussed our needs and what would be best. He recommended some addition trimming to improve the health of the tree. He provided a rough estimate and said that I would have the formal estimate the next day, which I did. Scheduling was fast and easy and was on the schedule within a few days of calling. The crew of three arrived on-time, discussed the work and went after it. They were very friendly and professional. They did a great job of trimming while protecting plants and fencing in the back yard. Totally time was less than two hours. They did a great job of cleaning up. I would strongly recommend ProArbor to anyone that needed the services they provide.

I love their service. They were timely, prompt, and professional. Everything they were going to do I knew about before they did it. I have compared their prices to other companies and they are about par with the major companies in the area. All of the workers came dressed in uniform and were very professional.

Very professional crew, came at the time they said they would. The crew was short a man, but I didn't know that till the end because these guys worked hard, efficient, and did a superb job. I got my monies worth and the trees look so much better. They provide me numerous occasions to see the progress and get my opinion on the work and any additional cuts on the selected tress that needed accomplished. I couldn't be more satisfied with their efforts.

Pro Arbor came out and inspected our huge oak tree, as they do every few years. This year they determined that it was in great shape, but a few large limbs needed to be trimmed and some dead wood cut off. Two guys came out on the day of the service and explained what they were going to do and also asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was impressed with how courteous they were and how careful to not disturb my neighbors. They cleaned up my yard, my neighbors yard and did the work well. I feel confident that our tree is safe and healthy. Great service, good price, just as estimated. Thank you!

They are phenomenal. They provide us with workers compensation. They clean up and come when they are suppose to. They get estimates back within 24 hours. They are class act. You don't have to worry about the trees falling on your house or garage. If you are looking for a A+ company like their own property then this is the company go with.

Be warned that there is a 5% credit card surcharge. In my case this was not included in the estimate provided to me prior to agreeing to the work being carried out. Although the service was good I would shop around for an equally good company that will not pass on the ridiculous surcharge.

He didn’t try to get more money from me – he let me know what I could do and how I could save money. He is a licensed arborist. He told me things that I basically did not need. He was very honest with me. I’ve recommended him to 2 other people.
