"Thank you for taking the time to write this review. As we had discussed and communicated via email and a formal notice sent when accepting your request to terminate the lease early, a termination fee would be charged. We are obligated to uphold the contract signed. While we are compassionate towards your unique situation, we worked to quickly to accommodate your circumstances and mitigated issues in an expedited manner during your stay in the home. We worked diligently to resolve the issues identified and performed all actions recommended by each trade professionals."
"Thank you taking the time to give us a review! We look forward to working you and managing your rentals over the long-term as well. As always, please let us know if there is anything we can do to further assist with managing your properties."
