I called Patriot after checking with several other companies. Each company gave me a much higher price than I got from Patriot....over $100.00 higher. I got a response immediately and they came to my place of employment the day after I contacted them. They did the job quickly and precisely. I couldn't be more happy than I am.

Fast friendly service. Very happy with how easy they make it fitting in to a busy schedule. Price was very reasonable after shopping for estimates.

I called for a repair on Thursday evening and the repair was made the following morning at my home. Fezz, the repair technician, took great pains to be sure I understood the strengths and weaknesses of the repair and what to expect. When the work was finished he showed me the repair and explained the company's warranty policy. The whole procedure was over in less than thirty minutes. I've had similar work done on my other cars and this was the most professional job I've seen so far.

We had them do a repair six months prior and then we got another chip in the windshield this time and had to replace the windshield.

I think I used Patriot Auto Glass. They came twice, they replaced the glass and then 3 months later we had another chip and had to get a whole new windshield.

I e-mailed Patriot with a repair request about 10:45AM on a Monday morning. They called me back within an hour to let me know they could replace the badly cracked front windshield of my SUV later that same day. The tech call 30 minutes out to say he was enroute, and then two techs came around 2:45PM. The new windshield was in place and the work finished by 4PM that same day. Pretty fast!

Made a call and got a great price. Scheduled for a couple days later. Had some rain that day. They sent 2 techs with a canopy. There was some extra work since unknown to me the windshield had been replaced poorly in the past. Great work and service. Recommend!

I e-mailed Patriot after finding them on Angie's list to ask a few questions and Mike replied right away. The communication was great and I bought an Angie's list deal for a windshield chip repair for $65. They were able to schedule service the next morning to come out to my house and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Vince was prompt and professional, explained what he was going to do, and finished the job in less than 20 minutes. The chip was hardly noticeable afterwards and our truck's windshield will be protected from the chip expanding to a crack across the windshield. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto glass repair at a great price and am looking at having them replace a windshield on another vehicle.

Initially contacted via their web site based on their reviews on Angie's List on 8/17/2015. Received a quote via email within 2 hours. Contacted Mike via phone to see if they service in the Jefferson County, WV area. Scheduled service at my home for around 8am on 8/21/2015. The technicians arrived at 8:30am. Successfully completed the work at 9:15am. Very satisfied customer. Will refer and use their service again.

OUTSTANDING! From initial contact to work completion in under 3 hours. I contacted Patriot Auto Glass based on the reviews I read on Angie's List. I called at 9:30 am to see when I could get the windshield replaced on my 2002 Chevy Suburban. Mike said he'll call me back by 12:00 to let me know if they would be able to come to my house the same afternoon to do the work otherwise they could do it the next day. I received a call at 11:20 am and was told the crew would be at my house within the 1/2 hour. The 2 technicians arrived at 11:45 am and started work immediately and was done by 12:15 pm. The new windshield looks great and the total cost was $244. The technicians were professional and courteous.

It went very well. I called first because I wasn't sure they could repair the damage, given the location. Spoke to Mike. Professional and courteous. He quickly found a rep in the general area and took steps to insert my appointment into today's repair schedule. A repair tech called shortly thereafter. Also courteous and professional. Fez (sp) arrived within 15 minutes, found my car and then called to have me come out and meet him since I work in a multistory building with lots of occupants. He immediately verified the plan (provided the mandatory disclaimer) and then went to work. I enjoyed our brief conversation during the repair, which took about 15 minutes. The crack was almost completely gone, but more importantly, it was repaired, and I don't have to worry about it getting worse. I used an Angie's discount and paid online, so there was no financial transaction on site. The entire process was clear, professional, timely and fast. This was my second experience with Patriot, and both were pleasant. Would definitely use them again.

From getting a quote to the install, everything was quick and professional.

Called about replacement windshield and asked price. His reply was whats your best price. Told him, he said I can't do it for that and dead silence. Okay then what is your price, reply $270, but if you check our ratings we are the best, said with an attitude. Very unprofessional did not use them. Just because we found a better price didn't mean we wouldn't pay more for a better job. We were leery of using the cheapest.

After requesting a quote through Patriot Auto Glass' website Mike contacted me with the quote and answers to all my questions. He even managed to have the car repaired the same day at my work with their free mobile service. The repair technician was prompt, professional and did a nice job of cleaning up after he was done. While no one enjoys having to replace a windshield that was cracked due to bouncing road debris I could not have asked for a better experience from Mike and his team at Patriot Auto Glass. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

My insurance company told me 6 days to get an appointment, they were here the morning of the next day, on a Saturday. They were on time for the appointment, and did an excellent job, they took care to hook up my heated windshield as well and gave my post install instructions for driving. They swapped out the mirror and tags as well, and left the area tidy, the whole thing took about an hour. When I called my insurance company to send them the paperwork, I was told they were a preferred provider anyway, just not the default one I was going to have to wait 6 days for an appointment. I will definitely call them first if I need anything else done.

I contacted several glass companies last Thursday about replacing my windshield. Patriot's estimate was $80 less than the two others. My car is 11 yrs old, so while one company's price was higher and offered a lifetime guarantee, I didn't see the value in that for my old car. Mike, the owner, told me if I could place my order by 4:30 PM, they could come to my office the next day. I confirmed the service around 4 PM and "Vince" was at my office the next day at 10:30 AM. It took him about 45 minutes and he was able to use the existing molding. (If he hadn't, it was an additional $31 charge.) I love it when companies come to me to provide their services. It's so convenient and I don't have to take time off from work. I highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass and would definitely use them again!

Great experience! I would give them an A+++++ I called yesterday, late afternoon. They had the parts in stock...which amazed me because it's a 2004 custom van that is no longer produced...score 1! They needed a 4 hr window for the appointment...so 9am-1pm...to come to my home (no extra charge, may I add! score 2!) The cost was one dollar more than the other nationally advertised company which charges extra to come to your home! Patriot Auto Glass price included the side mirror...NOT just the windshield!!! They arrived between 9:15 and 9:30, came to the door to greet me and tell me the details of what they would be doing. They asked for the keys to move the van to move it to an easier spot to work, but where I could watch the process from the comfort of my air conditioned home (it was HOT). They finished in less than an hour, came back into the house and told me the details of how to care for the repair. They were prompt, professional, and VERY polite. I would highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass!

Driver side window failed while on trip away from home -- the driver window rolled down and would not roll back up. I drove home from NY on Sunday, and called Patriot glass on Monday. I spoke to Mike the owner. I told him the problem, he researched part availability, and called back within the hour with a price quote. His technician replaced the unit the next day at our home. Perfect job -- good as new -- could not have been more convenient. This is the third time I have used Patriot -- once on my Honda and twice on the Mercury. I highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass to anyone who needs a trustworthy company to provide responsive service.

Experience from top to bottom was excellent. When I called regarding the promotion on Angie's List, I asked if, while they were here, could the repair my other car's windshield as well. They did and knocked the price for both cars down to below the coupon price. They were able to get to my house within 2 hours of my call, and the gentleman who did the repair was friendly and helpful. I would use them again.

I actually bout the Angie's List special to replace the glass and Patriot notified me immediately that AL listed them incorrectly as working in Silver Spring--which they don't. Also, the crack in my glass was too large to qualify for the special. BUT, Patriot was awesome in working with me to replace the entire windshield while I was at a sub-office in Arlington (which they do service). And they subtracted what I paid to AL for the deal from the cost. Their team was great, kept me informed, got the work done quickly, and were super efficient. I would definitely recommend Patriot Auto Glass!!!

Service was quite prompt--arranged one day, work performed the next. The technician arrived on time and quickly dealt with the problem. Due to the somewhat unusual nature of the chip--actually two, closely joined chips, more visible than "feel-able"--the damage was not completely eliminated, but the appearance is greatly improved.

I looked up auto glass companies on Angie's and was impressed by the ratings and reviews of Patriot. A big deal was present that hadn't been announced recently by e-mail, so I bought it on March 10. Mike Delaney e-mailed me the next day, and I called him to schedule an appointment within two days. He called me when the truck (not including him) was by my car. The leader of the two men was pleasant and answered my questions. Mike came when they were finished, called, and took my payment. He explained that the guys had noticed that two brackets were missing from the corners of the windshield, with no functional importance, which I would have to replace by contacting Hyundai. He also pointed out that the windshield had been replaced before (I had bought the car used) and that the wrong version in terms of the mirror bracket had been used, which likely had contributed to the crack. Finally, because the old molding was usable, he deducted the cost of the new molding that had been added to the price. This was a very professional, pleasant and satisfying experience, and Mike and staff's honesty in not replacing the usable molding was greatly appreciated.

A great job. William Westbrook called first, was on time, was done in a hour. This was the second job they did for us. First time was a similar excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.
