I requested a quote online on a Wednesday afternoon. Within half an hour they called me with a quote, which was cheaper than their competitor's quote. After agreeing to the quote, they instructed me on how to move forward with my insurance claim, and scheduled me for an appointment the following day, giving me a 10am-2pm window. (The soonest onsite appointment their competitor had available was the following Tuesday) As promised, I received a call from the technician 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Vince arrived just before 11:30am, and was finished in just under an hour. I would definitely use Patriot again if the need arises.

William repaired the star crack in the windshield. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous thereby making the experience enjoyable.

Patriot was awesome! I called Monday morning for my 2007 Freestyle, a car that is rather rare so expected some delay. Boy was I surprised when they said they could do the work the next day! They also took my Traveler's insurance so I only had to pay a $50 deductible. Thanks to Angie's List, I received a $20 coupon toward my deductible, so only ended up paying $30. But the low cost would have been irrelevant had the work not been done well. The installer arrived as scheduled, did an excellent job quickly, and was on his way. Everything was cleaned up and the installation was first class. I recommend Patriot very highly and will use them again the next this happens.

Sent email for an estimate, received promptly an estimate, made appt for that day. Kept in touch, called 20 minutes in advance (loved that) before arriving. Parker did a wonderful job, spending a lot of time replacing the windshield and replacing the moulding.

Excellent. I was able to schedule the next day, on site at my work. The technician was on time, polite and professional. He did excellent work, cleaned up everything like he wasn't even there. He even transferred my Ezpass and tags to the new windshield.

Service was quick, professional and friendly. I contacted Patriot on 2/16/16 in the afternoon. By 10:40 the next morning Vince was here, having first called to give me an ETA. He arrived 5 minutes before his estimated time. He explained everything, answered my questions, and took care of my windshield quickly and professionally. By 11:30 I had a new windshield. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Saying these guys are fast is an understatement. Sunday afternoon a stone left a chip with a small crack on my front windshield while driving on the highway. That evening, after finding Patriot Auto Glass and rave reviews on Angie?s List, I left a message on Patriot?s website saying if it could just be repaired with the Angie's List $65 windshield repair coupon I would pay for it myself. If the windshield needed to be replaced then I would contact my insurance company. Mike called the next morning around 8 am, asked a few questions. Since chip was smaller than a quarter (it was smaller than a dime) and was not close to the glass edge then the windshield repair would do the job. Fezz came to my house, explained that the repair would prevent the chip from getting larger but the glass would not look new (that was OK with me). If the windshield did crack further the $65 I paid today would go toward that replacement. In that case II would just use my insurance company and the $65 would cover most of my $100 deductible. Fezz completed the job by around 9:30 am that morning (I told you they were fast). I just see a very small mark on my windshield. Will keep my fingers crossed that this will take care of it. I learned my lesson 10-15 years ago when I got a chip on my windshield on my last car. I ignored it but after a few months it developed into a crack and suddenly started to get larger. It was only then I had it taken care of through my insurance company. The tech who did the repair at that time told me that if I had taken care of it as soon as it happened I would not have had to replace the entire windshield. So, I was definitely prepared this time. I most highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass. And thank you very much Angie?s List for leading me to them.

my car was vandalized on 12/4 and the back seat window of my Mazda 3 needed to be replaced. I sent an e-mail to Patriot in the evening and followed up with a call the next morning. The quote was lower than that of the provider my insurance suggested, and in light of Patriot's great ratings on Angies I decided to go ahead with them. They were able to perform the job the same day which was great for me as I would have had to miss work on Monday otherwise. Vince showed up at my house and got to work right away. first he cleared all the glass that was left around the window opening and on the back seat. then he proceeded to replace the window. The job was completed in under an hour, and everything looks great. Vince did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company and would use them in the future without any reservations.

I called insurance after rock cracked windshield on Beltway, and in less than 20 hours after my call to insurance, Patriot had the new windshield in the car. Outstanding responsiveness, quality, and professionalism from Glass Technician Fezz. I cannot thank them enough.

Windshield repair went great. Car was parked in front of home and Patriot Glass came as scheduled and called before arriving to notify me they was on the way. Patriot Glass explained the repair process, then did repair work and then had me inspect the repaired windshield when they were done. So happy I had the windshield repaired before the winter freezing cold arrived and the small crack spread. I have used Patriot Glass twice before (needed entire windshield replaced twice on my car and they did a good job with both replacements, so I expected this small repair to go well too, which it did :) I drive from Virginia to Maryland and back each day for my job, so I seem to get windshield damage every couple of years, oh well. Patriot Glass does a nice job!

Asked for estimates on Thursday. They had the lowest price (plus an Angie's List discount). They had the windshield replaced by 2 PM on Friday in our driveway at home. Nice work.
