We ended up needing to replace the windshield, so they credited me the amount I paid via Angie's List. During the process a small plastic plug had lost one of the three prongs to hold it in place. they called our attention to it and were back the next day with a replacement. We would definitely use them again - hopefully we won't have to :)

Description of Work: Called Patriot when doing some searching for windshield replacement and spoke to Mike. He was very polite and answered all questions. Then it turned out my insurance covered the entire replacement, I had my choice of providers including Safelite but chose Patriot instead because I like the personalization offered with them as opposed to a huge company. The guys arrived on time just a few days later and did the fix seamlessly.
