The rock that hit my window left a line that was too long to repair. My insurance recommended another place that was going to charge me $360 to replace the windshield. I had no idea what a good rate was, but I called around to three companies on Angie's List, and Patriot was the cheapest and most highly rated with a coupon from that site. I can't speak for the other reviewers, but my experience was a good one. My invoice number was 590961.

I found Patriot on Angie's list on Sunday. I called and they said they could come out on Monday. Monday morning I received a call that they were on the way. The entire process took about 1/2 hour and the technician was very friendly and professional.

Dealing with Patriot was pleasant and efficient from my first call to them through the actual service. Made an appointment, although I wasn't certain of the street address of where I would be that day, and verified on the morning of the appointment. Tech had both phone numbers so I could be reached wherever I was, and he called with ample warning when he was on the way, and arrived on time. He was very pleasant, and said I could either hang out and watch the replacement being done or leave him to work. Work was completed efficiently and without incident, and tech paid attention to detail and cleanliness as he worked. It hasn't rained yet, but I was told that there is a lifetime leakage guarantee.

Vandals hit up my whole neighborhood, smashing car windows on the night of 3rd July. Discovered the damage on the morning of the 4th, got the contact details of three businesses from Angie's List and phoned round for quotes. Couldn't get hold of Patriot at first, but they called back and offered a good price and next-day service (understandably they couldn't come out on the 4th). They showed up on time, were courteous and professional throughout and did a good job.

** UPDATE ** Upon closer inspection yesterday, I have changed my overall grade from a B to an F and changed my answer to NO, I would NOT use this company again! The reason for this change is that when I vacuumed my car to remove the dirt from the seats, I only did a quick vacuuming. Yesterday I noticed small flecks of GLASS on my four-wheel drive handle (note: my windshield was not broken, only cracked, when it was replaced. I have never had a broken window in this vehicle so there was NO glass in my vehicle when they arrived). When I moved my driver's seat back (to expose more of the space between my seat and my center console) I found more chunks of glass, including one thin piece the size of a QUARTER! Yes, they had a very quick response time, came to service the vehicle quickly, and had a slightly lower price than the local competitor, but leaving broken glass in the vehicle is entirely unacceptable. What if I had small children that reach between the seats? Now I am worried about where all the glass is. A gas station vacuum is the best that I have access to so now I am considering having my car detailed (which is not cheap). With it being summer, I don't want to worry about finding a piece of glass that I missed while wearing shorts and/or open-toed shoes. Original Review: I emailed Patriot at about 11 pm Wednesday night for a quote on having my windshield replaced Friday morning. They called me about 8:15 the following morning (Thursday morning) and gave me a quote significantly less than the online quote I received from a nationwide chain and $10 cheaper than a local competitor, so I scheduled the service. My appointment window was between 9 am and noon. Fezz called at about 10:15 am and said he'd be there within 45 minutes. He was there about a half hour later. He was friendly and invited me to watch him work or else he'd come get me when it was done. Took about a half hour. He informed me of the lifetime warranty against leaks, gave me a few business cards, asked if it looked ok (it's a new windshield. What do I know to check other than it's new?) and we were done. Very quick and efficient. The only reason why I'm not 100% satisfied is when I hopped into my car later, I realized that a bunch of dirt had fallen onto both of the front seats while he was changing the windshield. I am not one to vacuum my car all the time, but now I had to because I would actually be sitting directly on a good amount of dirt when I sat down. This was quite the inconvenience, especially since Patriot knew I had to head out by 1 pm that day. It would have been nice if a sheet, tarp, even some old newspapers, had been laid across my seats to keep any debris from falling on to them. I was also kind of bummed when I signed on here today to write this review and saw that Patriot is now offering $25 off a windshield replacement to Angie's List customers. Yes, they were the cheapest of the three companies I contacted, but I'd, of course, rather save as much as I can. I'm pretty sure I even put in my quote that I found them on Angie's List... I'm undecided if I'd use them again. Yes, they were quick and efficient. But I'd have paid $10 more (the quote I received from their local competitor) for the convenience of not having to vacuum my car out immediately afterwards.

prompt service and good communication. after a couple days I saw that some of the interior trim pieces messed up. They were dirty and not like they were before the windshield was replaced. The material covering the A-pillar was not stretched tight and was dirty from being handled.

Patriot had the best price after I called around to several shops. They scheduled the work for the next day. When it looked like it was going to rain, they even set-up a tent over my vehicle so they could finish the work rather than re-scheduling. William was very professional and friendly. The Angie's List discount coupon made it even better.

They were really really accommodating. I initially gave them the wrong model of the car, they showed up with the wrong glass. They were able to rescheduled with me and come back later that day to make the repairs.

After the windshield was installed my vehicle leaked if driven in the rain. After calling then, I was told that wind driven water leaks were not possible from the windshield installation. Anyway, I caulked the windsheild and the leak is now gone. I went with another company for my next windshield.

Contacted Patriot via website late evening on 4/05/2011 and had a voicemail on 04/06/2011 by 8:15am. Provided a quote over the phone and asked when I wanted the service performed. They came to install (no additional charge) on 4/7/2011 per my request between 10:00 amd and 2:00 pm and arrived at 10:15am. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Mike and Fezz run a great business. I'm not sure why someone who needs auto glass/mirrors replaced would go anywhere else other than Patriot. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Called on 2/28/11 for estimate. They were able to schedule me the next morning at my work. Installer (Fez) called when he was on his way, as promised. Completed job in less than an hour. Fez was professional and polite. He left my truck cleaner than he found it. Great job.

Great job! I was given Angies list discount on my deductable amount. Guys showed up on time and did a great job replacing my Nissan Quest's windshield.

This was a non-insurance repair. They advertised N. VA area but came up to Gaithersburg , MD. I was not sure if there was an optional rain sensor so he sent both pieces of glass with installer. Did a great job. Low prices. Came within two days.

I had something crack my windshield on I 95 and called them on Friday to come out Monday morning. I made the appointment for Monday morning. He called and said he would not be able to make it until after noon on Monday. He showed up shortly after noon and replaced the windshield in just under a half hour. He did an excellent job and it cost what he had quoted. I was very pleased with the job, the only reason I gave him a poor score on punctuality was being I had scheduled for the morning and he did not show up until after noon.

We actually used Patriot Auto Glass twice within a couple of weeks. Thanks to debris on the Capital Beltway, the same windshield was broken twice and both time it needed to be replaced. Patriot Auto Glass was fabulous. Our insurance paid for both windshields and Patriot took care of all the paper work. We didn't have to do anything except sign the paperwork. Patriot came to us at the agreed upon time and place and were very professional, friendly, fast and thorough. We have their number on a magnet on the refrigerator and will use them again, if and when needed.

Our experience was very positive. We were quoted a price over the phone, they honored the Angies List coupon, they came to the house as scheduled and replaced the windshield. It's been about three months now and we've had no problems with it. I would definitely use them again, especially since the price we paid was significantly less than what shops were quoting us and it was much more convenient to have them come to us rather than taking the car to the shop.

Company rep came out to my house, checked out some damaged glass in my auto windshield, and repaired the damage. Good experience, quick, professional.

I called for a price quote which was at or below all the other price quotes that I had received. The price quotes was the full final price. Installation was scheduled for the next morning and they arrived as promised, replaced the glass for the exact quotes price (which included the $25 coupon discount from Angie's List). The quality of the installation was perfect. Mike Delaney the company President/Owner managed the installation and was gracious and informative.

Excellent experience. The crew contacted me when they were on their way, and phoned me again when they arrived. The weather was a little damp so they placed a canopy over the windshield. I went out to discuss the damage with the crew and they showed me exactly where the crack began and why. The entire process was fast and painless. They ran my credit card payment on site.

Work was not done since company is no longer is the business. No Money was lost. They just informed me when I called they did not do auto glass anymore.
