When our windshield cracked, we called Safelite after hearing all their ads. Mistake: they were completely unresponsive -- could not schedule a date in more than a week, didn't have the parts and complaining of broken backoffice systems. Next we called Patriot. Windshield replaced within 24 hrs. Excellent decision. Patriot actually DOES what Safelite PROMISES on their ads!

When the Tech arrived, he fully explained the work, asked if I had any questions, and proceeded to complete the task. Very happy with the finished product and very happy with the company. Great service at a great price. Fast service. I had a cracked windshield on my car replaced the very next day with a high quality replacement part and the best thing is that it did not break the bank.

Vince was sent over and he arrived on time. He assessed the chip on my windshield, and clearly explained what he was going to do. Chip was sealed and I haven't had any issues. They also provide a lifetime warranty so I have peace of mind.

Very well. Once the insurance company confirmed arrangements for paying, I was able to make an appointment. Because it was late in the day, I couldn't get same day appointment, but they worked with me to find a convenient time to come to my home to do the replacement. Everything was done quickly and I haven't had any troubles with the new windshield at all.

Patriot called about 30 minutes before arriving at my office to give me his ETA. Came on time, assessed the crack on my windshield and proceeded to repair the crack. The repair was pretty quick and the result looked really good. He said the repair came with lifetime warranty for the same crack as long as I owned the car. Hopefully I won't need to use that warranty. The repair cost was less than half compared to the bigger and more advertised glass repair company. I initially made an appointment with the bigger company but cancelled that appointment when Patriot quoted me less than half the cost of the bigger company. Highly recommend this company for windshield repair.
