I emailed Patriot at 7pm Sunday to obtain a quote to replace the front windshield on my truck. He responded within 12 hours with a quote that was not the lowest of the three I obtained, but was competitive at $235 including tax. Quotes ranged from $155-$350. I decided to have him do the work due to testimonials and belief that I would get quality glass from a qualified technician, and I liked that he was local and not a sub from a major chain. He offered to come to my home that same day, but I was busy, so we scheduled it for the next morning. They came right on time and the work was done in less than an hour, right in my driveway. The technician remounted my inspection sticker and my ez-pass, so it was completely ready to go that afternoon. They honored the Angie's list coupon, and we paid with a credit card. We've had a bunch of rain since, and it's completely water-tight. Great experience and would definitely recommend!

A rock ,from a truck, hit my windshield on 495 in Dec., 2011. Curry's Auto recommended Patriot Auto Glass for the repair. Patriot assured me that the work on the repair was guaranteed .This summer, I noticed that the repair was starting to crack again. Patriot Auto Glass stood behind the repair and put the cost of the repair toward the deductible on installing a new windshield. (I did contact my insurance company when the incident first occurred.I opted to repair, vs replace at first. Repair was not covered by my insurance, replacement is, with a $100 deductible.) Patriot came to the house on time and did the repair in the garage. Very happy with Patriot and standing behind their work. Patriot was approved by my Auto Insurance so that made the transaction very easy as well.Angie's List Discount was not available to me, because Patriot had to give me $ back on the original repair work. I, in turn, gave him the $100 deductible.

We chose the company because of their high Angie's List rank. Not only did Patriot respond quickly, come when scheduled,and leave my car looking newer than before I smashed the glass- they also spent hours searching the area for the right window for my 18 year old import which only was sold for 2 years. And that was before they could be sure that they had our business. We're grateful to all Angie's list members that rated Patriot with the A their service deserves.

Company honored Angie's List coupon; great deal. They were here within an hour of my initial call. Such efficiency! Had chip in my windshield, which was starting to spread. Windshield looks good and will pass inspection.

I called on Friday and spoke with Mike he was very pleasant. I told him what I need and he knew more than I did about what windshield I needed. He called me back within 15 minutes for a quote on my replacement. I was happily surprised when it was about a hundred dollars less than I had from others. I was able to make an appointment for Wednesday and they came out to my office. I called Mike asking for an estimate of when my windshield would be replaced since I was going to be on conference calls and I was afraid that I would miss Vince's call. He was very accommodating and stated that he could move it to later that day if need be. Vince called 1/2 hour prior to arriving and at arrival called me again. He was very professional. The install took about 1 hour. Vince called me again and stated the work was done. I stated I would be right down and he was kind enough to say no rush. My windshield no longer is cracked and Vince gave me great care instructions.Thanks to Mike and Vince good work!

This is the second time we've used Patriot Auto Glass, this time for a different car. The first time our report covered a windshield replacement, paid out-of-pocket. This report covers a windshield repair which was covered by auto insurance, so this time, we can't report on price. We chose to use Patriot Auto Glass again not only because of the quality of work but because of the excellent customer service. We called on a Sunday night to report the windshield damage and request a repair the next day (to avoid risking further damage). Our insurance company recommended another company with which they have an affiliation but that company was not able to come to our house the next day. We said we wanted to use Patriot Auto Glass so they contacted them. The owner responded (it was late Sunday evening!) and set up an appointment for a representative to come to our house the next morning. The representative arrived, like last time, on-time and was friendly and professional. Again, we are impressed with this company's concern for both quality work and customer care. We definitely recommend Patriot Auto Glass!

I called my insurance company at 8:00 a.m. to file the claim and said I wanted to use Patriot Auto Glass after reading all the positive reviews. My insurance company contact them on my behalf and within minutes I was one the phone with Mike, the owner. I told him that I would ideally like to have the windshield replaced the same day and he said it would be no problem. Within 30 minutes I was called by Fezz, the technician, and by 9:00 a.m. (only one hour after calling my insurance company), Fezz was in my driveway replacing the windshield. He handled everything - transferring the stickers and my EZPass - and was done in 30 minutes. Incredibly professional and efficient from start to finish. Something that I thought would be a huge hassle turned into a very positive experience. Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone that needs auto glass service. 12858

Insurance company called Patriot at 2 PM Thursday requesting an at-home replacement service for Saturday. Patriot agreed to come, arrived promptly with two technicians which is required due to the size of the glass, and replaced the windshield in approximately 35 minutes. They cleaned the windshield thoroughly, and cleaned up all of their materials. The were friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. I will recommend them to all my friends, and certainly contact them again whenever I am in need of service. It was a pleasure to meet them.

We discovered a full-length crack in our windshield on Memorial Day. Knowing that shops would be closed, I emailed for windshield replacement quotes. Patriot Autoglass came back with a great price quote of about $255 for our 2007 Honda Odyssey. I spoke with them the next morning on the phone at 8:30 a.m., two technicians arrived at about 9:00 a.m., and by 10:00 a.m I had my windshield replaced. Everyone was professional, efficient, and thorough. I thought the process would be slow and drawn out, but it wasn't. I was very impressed with Patriot Autoglass and would highly recommend them.

I looked them up on Angie's List. They were one of the top three. They should be number one. I sent an email requesting a quote and they called with in ten minutes. The job repair was done with in 24 hours. It was really good service. I think they gave me a discount because of Angie's List.

Windshield developed a hairline crack that was gradually spreading into the line of vision. Called insurance company to determine deductable and establish a claim. I requested Patriot glass because of good reviews on Angie’s list. Insurance rep connected me directly to Patriot glass and appointment was made for windshield replacement at my residence,Technician (Vince) phoned 40 minutes ahead and arrived on time. Vince was courteous, professional and worked non-stop on the car for just under an hour. Received discount of $20 with Angie's List coupon. I Would readily do business with Patriot's Auto Glass again.

I searched the reviews for windshield replacement, and Patriot Auto Glass received consistently high marks for quality and low price. I called Patriot Auto Glass on Saturday morning with the request to replace my automobile windshield on Monday; Patriot could confirm for Monday, but also offered a service appointment within 3 hours that same day. With their low and fair quote, I accepted their windshield replacement offer. The repair technician, Fezz, called approximately 30 minutes prior to his arrival, and he arrived on time. Fezz performed the windshield replacement with care and attention to detail. Fezz was careful to not break the plastic locknuts that hold the cowl shield in place. Fezz also was careful, during the removal of the existing urethane adhesive, to keep the adhesive from dropping into the interior of the car. Fezz used a high quality urethane which sets within an hour to resume driving, and he placed the new windshield with special care for proper alignment. Fezz performed his work in an efficient manner, and it was evident that he takes pride in his work. I keep my automobile clean and well maintained. Patriot Auto Glass delivered an excellent windshield replacement, and based on this experience I recommend Patriot without reservation. 790990

The technician, Vince, did a very timely and professional job in replacing the windshield and reinstalled the Va inspection sticker and Easy Pass transponder. While at my home I had requested that the technician look at another vehicle I had a leak problem with. I thought the water was coming in at top of my windshield but after Vince looked the car over he said he thought the water was getting in my car through the sun roof drain plugs and gave me suggestions on how to further troubleshoot. After using his tips I was able to confirm the leak was in fact because of a clogged sun roof drain plug. After talking to the owner, Mike, he recommended that I take the car to the dealer to have the drains cleared. I very much appreciated the help from the Patriot Auto Glass folks and would certainly use them again.

I had a small chip in my car's windshield so I called Patriot based on Angie's List feedback. Very satisfied. They answer the phone promptly. Scheduling service was a breeze. They showed up on time and did a nice job.

I got an actual person on the phone on my first call, received a quote, and was able to set up service for the next day at my work. Vince came out and repaired my windshield. He was professional and polite and the whole process from the initial call on through the completion of the service painless. Very smooth experience. With high ratings on here and one of the lowest prices in the region (I called about 6 places), it seemed like an obvious choice. I set up an appointment for the next day with a simple phone call. They established a 3-hour window in which they'd come and perform the work. I received a call the next morning with a more precise time on when I could expect them, which was appreciated. They did a wonderful job, explaining what they were doing both before and after and what prices to expect so there weren't any surprises. Absolutely no mess left behind. I waited until the first big rain storm to write this review so I could comment on leaks. After driving in decently hard rain at highway speeds for about an hour, there were no leaks. Showed within the timeframe promised. Called 15 minutes out to let me now he was on his way. Very polite and professional technician. Outstanding company, and I saved approximately $150 over the company my insurer (USAA) sent me to. My recommendation: do not automatically go to the company your insurer first recommends. I opted to trust Angie's List, and I'm glad I did.

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment and the owner was friendly and clearly interested in providing good customer service. Everything went smoothly. The representative who came to our house to replace the windshield was professional, friendly, and didn't mind that I watched the entire process so that I could understand and learn. He answered my questions with enthusiasm and demonstrated, overall, that he cared about providing quality work. I also like the fact that I received a call from him prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way and I appreciate that he came well-within the allotted window of time.

Overall, I had a very good experience dealing with Patriot Auto Glass. Due to a sudden illness, I had to change the original date and time we had scheduled to change the windshield. Mike gracoiusly accepted my last minute changes and fit me in as quickly as he could. I did have an issue with a dent in the hood of my car, but Mike handled the situation like a true professional and had it fixed for me. I just wish every contractor I have to work with would take their their profession as serious as Mike does. I would definately use Patriot Auto Glass again in the future. Thanks Mike!

Arrived on time, did a great job, and for 1/2 the price of safelite auto glass.

I got an appointment within a few hours of calling. The technician came to the house, and he was actually early. He replaced the windshield faster than I expected, and he did an excellent job. (I always worry about broken glass left from the job, but there was none.) I will use Patriot if I have any other auto glass issues.
