Mike was great to deal with on the phone. The gentleman that came to do the work was on time, respectful, quick, and tidy. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I would definately use them again.

It would be difficult to find a service company as good as Patriot Auto Glass . We are in Stafford , VA , which is several counties south of their home office in Northern Virginia. They not only were prompt and provided quality work but helped us with something we didn't even ask for . We have a satellite device for XM/Sirius Radio that was placed on the outside of our windscreen . Vince suggested we put it on the dashboard and did it himself . A+ company !

Fantastic customer service and workmanship. Prompt and courteous. We had failed our Virginia State Inspection the day before and needed to get our windshield replaced the next day; they pulled through. In doing cost quotes across the area, he wasn't the cheapest nor was he the most expensive; however he was the best overall in BBB and Google ratings and reviews and justifiably so. What also leaned me towards using Patriot was that he knew what he was talking about over the phone and in person. He and his staff member Fezz had an appointment with me at my house at 0900 (work order 14987), they arrived at 0830 ready to go and they were finished in 45 minutes. The glass looks fantastic, a very professional job done indeed. I find it outstanding that the owner of the company takes such pride in his work by coming out on work orders himself with his staff. It is also very nice to know that he doesn't use subcontractors to do his work, like other companies do; he and his own employees do the work themselves which reflects a vested interest in making sure the work is done right the first time. We called and got an estimate and then set up an appointment for them to come to our house for the replacement. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely matter. They vacumed the car to get any glass that remained behind after the work was completed. I am not doing this review until way after the replacement because I wanted to have the car go through all types of weather and temperatures. I have not had any problems and am very happy with the work.

The crack in my windshield was pretty unique - two side-by-side 'star' cracks (probably from the same rock - two impact points about a half inch apart) - and because of the total size of the damage, I wasn't sure if it could be repaired. The technician who showed up, exactly when he said he would, inspected the damage and said he would do his best, given the unique situation. He was fast and efficient, and he explained exactly what he was doing while he was working. He charged me for a single repair, even though he had to work on two adjacent spots. Afterward, there were just a few small visible lines in the glass, which I don't notice at all - it's not in my direct field of vision. I'm told that's normal for this type of repair, but that's the only thing about the windshield repair that wasn't perfect. I was completely satisfied with the overall experience. The car passed a Virginia safety inspection the following week with no issues raised.

I called Patriot Glass at around 8:30 in the morning and asked them for a quote to replace our broken windshield. They gave me a quote far less than the company our insurance recommended. They told me that they could be out today (same day) to replace it. I let them know that we were hoping to have the work completed by 1:30 pm. They gave us a window of 11am-1pm which was great. To my surprise, they called at 11:15 to say they were 15 mins away! They arrived at 11:30 and went right to work. They explained to me what caused the crack, showed me the entry point where the rock must have hit. They were very efficient and professional. At the end they explained to me what precautions to take for the rest of the day and let me know if I have any questions to call. ***Something great I must note is that at the end of the work being done, they let me know that they reported to our house with a sense of urgency (sooner than later) because I told the person on the phone that we needed to be done by 1:30. That way we could get on the road sooner if needed (you need to wait a certain amount of time before driving for safety reasons). At this point we could actually drive the vehicle anytime after 1pm (which was 1/2 hour before my deadline). That is exactly the customer service that builds loyalty to a business. They pay attention to the details. 100% recommend these guys! Thanks!

I called them first thing Monday morning and they were able to make it out to my office by noon to replace my windshield. I work on Fort Belvoir, so the gate checks added time to the installer's travel time. He was really good about calling me to keep me updated on his status. Once he arrived, he was very polite and quickly switched out the windshield and answered any questions I had. The whole thing was done in about 30 mins. He easily removed all the old windshield stickers and placed them on the new one too! The only negative part of the whole experience was having to listen to the dispatcher yell at the installer over the Motorola two way radio for taking too long on the run, it was a little awkward.

Very good, would use again.

I called Patriot in the morning and they were able to have someone at my house within a couple of hours. Prompt, efficient, professional, and did a great job. Zero complaints.

We took estimates from two companies and went with Patriot (due to strong reviews in Angie's List and because their estimate was slightly lower). They went to our work place parking lot and did the job in less than two hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and less expensive than we expected.

We had previously had the windshield on our Malibu repaired for $120.00 by a different Mobile Auto Service. This repair (approximately six weeks later) cracked and the windshield had to be replaced. We have had prior autos with windshield repairs done, and this was the first time we had the repair crack on one of our autos, so we decided NOT to utilize that same service for the windshield replacement. Instead, after reading the reviews on Angie's List, we called Patriot Auto Glass on the evening of February 5th. The very next day, Vince came out to replace our windshield. The job took less than one hour, Vince was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely use Patriot Auto Glass again for any repair or replacements.

Called the company in the morning based on reviews from Angie's List. Mike was courteous and professional in answering my questions. Provided a quote over the phone and took an additional $10 off for being an Angie's List member. The business is located in Ashburn but they service the Northern Virginia area. We coordinated a tentative time with the agreement I would call when the car was at my residence. His worker (Feez) called when he was about 20 minutes away to let me know he would arrive soon. Upon arrival he immediately started to clean up the broken glass on the seat and do the replacement of the window. He took his time though it was a bitterly cold day and had lightly snowed the night before. Feez was courteous, friendly and when asked questions explained what he was doing. We would definitely use them again should the need arise. T here was no extra charge for coming to our residence to do the repair.

These guys are great! They beat USAA's replacement cost estimate by $150.00. Nice, professional and know what they are doing. The gentleman that came to our residence to replace the windshield was very knowledgeable and quickly did his job. I would call them again in a heart beat! Don't forget to use your $20 Angie's List coupon!

I had two vehicles' windshields worked on by Patriot. I have a '97 Ford Explorer that developed a nasty crack on 1/24/13 as a result of a rock ding back in the fall. The extreme cold weather made this crack spread quickly. I also have a 2010 Toyota Highlander that had a rock ding from back in the summer that had yet to spread. I was concerned that it would spread as the Explorer's did so I wanted to get that repaired, if possible. After reviewing several windshield replacement and repair companies on Angie's List I decided to give Patriot a call. I wanted to go with a non-chain or non-franchise contractor. I called them mid-afternoon on 1/24/13 and scheduled an appointment for the following day, 1/25/13. The owner Mike was very professional, understood my request, confirmed the availability of the replacement windshield, gave me the estimate, confirmed my acceptance of the work order and scheduled the appointment at my house. I offered to bring the vehicles into their shop so they could work in a heated space but Mike let me know they really don't have a shop per se'. All of their work is dispatched to their mobile unit(s). Patriot's technician Fezz called me on 1/25 when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on schedule and examined both cars. He explained to me what was involved with each car and further explained the risks of the windshield repair (it could crack during the repair or afterwards) and explained that the ding would still be visible, however greatly reduced and far less likely to crack down-the-road. He then performed the repair on the Highlander. It went well. It did not crack and the ding, while still visible, is less noticeable. Fezz then removed the windshield from the Explorer using a tool that allows the windshield to be extracted in one piece which means no broken glass to clean up. He treated some rusty areas, applied new sealant, transferred my inspection decal, installed the new windshield and re-installed the rear view mirror. From start to finish he completed both cars in about 70 minutes. Pretty amazing. He allowed me to watch the whole process and explained the various steps without coping an attitude as some mechanics do. He then explained that the Highlander was immediately usable and that the Explorer needed to sit for an hour to allow the sealant to cure.He then explained the warranties and presented me a bill. Everything was straight forward and incredibly professional given that he was working in 25 degree weather.

I called Patriot to schedule an appointment to have the crack in my windshield repaired. They were willing to come to where I was that day but due to my schedule I asked them to meet me the next day after 9:30 am. They said they would call 5 minutes before arrival. I got a call around 10:45 and they arrived around 11 am. They explained that they couldn't fix the crack so that it wasn't visable and in 1% of the cases it may look worse. I left him in my garage to fix the crack. About 15 minutes later he knocked on the door and was done. The crack looked better but was not completely unnoticeable. He explained that b/c I have rain detection on my windshield and a possibly a windshield heater, there may be some issues when I had my car inspected. If there were I could give him a call and he would work with me to get my windshield replaced. The crack is right in the middle of the drivers side and he explained that may be an issue during inspection as well. I didn't expect that the crack would be completely invisible and was happy they he did such a great job. He was very professional and personable. If I need to have the full windshield replaced I will definitely call Patriot Auto Glass.

The windshield in my son's 2001 Corolla was cracked and I called Patriot Auto Glass based on Angie's List ratings. I was not disappointed. The technician, Fezz, did the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently. He was friendly and answered all my questions gladly as he was doing the work, which was done at the curb in front of my house. Hail damage caused a crack in windshield. I had used patriot in the past and was happy with their service so I called them again. They came promptly to my workplace and completed the repair in minimal time, allowing me to get back to work and forget about the crack. Repair was of quality.

We used Patriot Auto Glass 3 times in last 5 years (don't ask me why, but it is not their fault :)) . They always do the job very well, very fast, and at a very competitive price. We are very happy with their service. Highly recommend.

I called this company as my first use of Angie?s List. I received a rock chip that evolved into large cracks in a matter of hours. I contacted Patriot Auto Glass via e-mail for a quote. They promptly replied to get additional information for an accurate quote. Thinking that the quote was high, I contacted other companies in the area that gave lower quotes, but only by about $25. The next day the owner followed up with me with a very professional e-mail to see if I was still interested in the windshield. I was impressed with their follow-up and selected them for the install. I told him that I was working near Quantico and wouldn?t be able to make it up to the beltway until the weekend. He said that he would see what he could do, and had the installer at my office within two hours. The install took only 30 minutes to complete and looked excellent. There was no glue or sealant showing and the replacement windshield appears to be OEM or better quality. I have had experiences at other installers where they apply too much glue and it leaks into the cabin; not so with Patriot.

A rock hit my windshield and chipped the glass. After calling my insurance company, I contacted Patriot Auto Glass LLC. I spoke with Mike and scheduled an appointment for Thursday 9/27/12. Since I work the night shift, we scheduled my appointment to be the "first call" of the day. I was told that the technician would call when he is on his way and that he should arrive at around 9 AM. The day of service The technician called at around 8:15 AM to let me know he was on his way and gave me an ETA of about 1/2 hour according to his GPS. He arrived on time at 9 AM. The entire job took about 30 minutes. The technician was very thorough. He cleaned the surface, drilled out loose bits of glass, applied a resin, allowed it to dry, and did a final inspection. He even cleaned my entire windshield ! Final comments and impressions I am confident that Patriot Auto Glass LLC did an outstanding job. I don't imagine that they make a lot of money from these kinds of minor repairs. That being said, I am sure that some auto glass shops would not want to spend a lot of time on these types of repairs and would rush through the job in 10 minutes. The technician from Patriot Auto Glass took the time to do the job right. Considering how well they handled this repair job, I would not hesitate to call Patriot Auto Glass in the future should the need arise. The entire cost of the repair was covered under my insurance which is why I listed the cost as $0.00 and the price as N/A.

Great job. Very organized and were able to replace the windshield the same day I called. Vince, the tech that did the work, made a passing comment that he'd been doing this for 26 years. Haven't driven the car yet but feel certain no leaks/issues as he was very thorough.

When the damaged window was discovered the morning of 9/13, I called Patriot Auto Glass because of the positive experience I had had with them previously and the high ratings they had on Angie's List. Mike, the owner, said the repair could be done either the same day or the following morning, depending on how soon the window could be obtained. It turned out it was scheduled for the following morning. The installer phoned ahead of his arrival and showed up at the time he said he would. The installer Vince worked very diligently to remove the damaged window, install the new window and clean up the mess. The new window fits well and blends in with the others. It was certainly less stressful having the work done on site rather than taking the vehicle to a repair facility. Mike was a pleasure to work with and the 10% senior discount was an added plus. From my experience, others in need of auto glass replacement will be very satisfied if they have the work performed by Patriot Auto Glass.

Quick scheduling. On time technician. I was asked to let the car sit for a while (make sure you don't have any appointments right afterwards). Once I drove, I found that the reattached rear view mirror seemed jiggly - nothing I noticed if I looked directly at the part, but experienced while viewing in the mirror - very distracting. I called Patriot and they got a guy over the next day to make the slight adjustment. Both Techs were professional, quick (less than an hour each) & courteous. I think the jiggly mirror was not due to any fault of the tech, just a glitch in the seal.

Work order #13541 I sent an email on a Friday morning. Received a phone call about 15 minutes later. Discussed the problem with the owner, Mike. He tried to schedule the job that day but the day was all filled. This was Labor day weekend so he scheduled me for the first stop on Tuesday morning., The installer, Vince, showed up on time and completed the job in about an hour. All the decals and the EZ pass transponder were transferred to the new windshield. It got its baptism of firm this last Saturday during the terrific storm including tornadoes. No leaks. The experience with Patriot was professional from beginning to end.

Thanks to a rock and the car in front of me, the windshield on my Honda Element was cracked and needed replacement (could not be repaired). Called Patriot Auto Glass and within 24 hours and at a time that was convenient to me, a technician came to my residence and replaced the winshield (was work order 13497). Price quoted on the phone was consistent with the charge post installation. Technician had all the tools and did a seamless job installing the new windshield. Now we are "good as new". Could not have been easier or more efficient.
