After checking around and asking about actual service and quality of product I went with Patriot even though they were not quite the cheapest because of the reviews and the explanation I was getting about the service. I was not disappointed as the tech was very friendly and professional. he did a great job and explained some details after and made sure I understood and didn't have any remaining questions.

I had a pretty substantial crack on my windshield from a rock that hit it. The crack grew day by day to the point where it was more than 10" in size. I had to get the windshield replaced immediately. I was also due for servicing at my BMW dealership. The dealership quoted me $1150 to replace it. I thought I had no choice since finding providers who work on BMWs are few. I took a chance and called my mechanic (AutoScandia in herndon, highly recommeded as well) and they recommended Patriot Auto Glass. I call PAG and they said they could have someone come out the next day and replace it with an OEM windshield. The next day, Vince came out and replaced the windshield in about an hour. He was on time and professional and I watched what he did. Not an easy thing to do, replace a windshield but he did it with such precision. I was quite happy with the results and I paid substantially less than the dealer's estimate. I would recommend them anytime.

They were absolutely phenomenal. I had a $10 coupon. It was absolutely wonderful. I called the owner, Mike Delaney, before I bought the coupon. He answered the phone immediately and within 20 minutes, we had somebody here on a Saturday. That was pretty impressive. There was some concern that it may not pass inspection because it had some hairline fractures going out from the crack. It was a rock that hit his windshield. He provided us with a quote immediately if we don't pass inspection and he will replace the windshield. He would also give us an additional discount if we end up using him again. He was very, very efficient and he called back to see if we were happy. He was excellent. He followed up with the quote and I received a printed receipt in the mail today. They were very awesome.

Fezz (repairman) called to let me know he was on the way. He was right on time. It was drizzling rain, but he was able to quickly seal/repair the chip on my windshield. He did a great job with a great attitude.

Professional and friendly service with great prices. I will be using Patriot again for any future automotive glass replacement.

They were able to get to me very quickly and at my house. They called when they were 15 minutes away to let me know. From the point that I placed the first phone call to when all was completed took only 3 hours. Very responsive, very customer friendly.

Crew responded promptly after notification and job was completed swiftly and professionally.

They showed up on time and finished within an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and were a minimal distraction. they even put the EZPass unit back on the windshield.

Called Patriot and they came to my home 2 days later. Tech arrived exactly when they said he would and 1/2 hour later the windshield was replaced. While I hope I don't have to, I would definitely use Patriot again. :)

Patriot Auto Glass LLC responded out today and replaced my windshield within an hour. I emailed them on Tuesday about service to the Gainesville area and had a response that day. We scheduled the mobile service to my residence and the gentleman came in the earlier portion of the time frame given. Most companies come in the later portion and it is very nice to have a company arrive early. It began to rain during the installation and the gentleman covered everything with a tarp as to not ruin the service. The gentleman was nice and polite, quick service, and price was not too expensive. The cost was less than half of my insurance deductible.

This company is excellent to work with. They were extremely nice and professional. The tech arrived in a timely manner and had the windshield replaced in less than an hour. We were very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

I called the company early Thursday afternoon and they came to do the work the next morning. They provided a 4-hour window and arrived early in the timeframe, providing a half-hour notice before they came.) The work was done quickly and efficiently, with excellent instructions on when the car would be driveable and how soon it could be washed. I would use them again in a heartbeat - I strongly recommend the company. They fulfilled my highest expectations.

I requested a quote through Patriot's website late at night and received a response first thing the following morning. Patriot completed the mobile installation before lunchtime that day. Their price and service beat all other vendors I contacted by a considerable margin. I highly recommend Patriot.

I called on a Sunday to schedule an appointment. Very professional and well organized. Articulated in a timely manner the details that were important to me of what the process was. I did not see the technician replace the window though ever thing looks very professional. The state inspection and city decal were removed from the damaged windshield and placed on the new windshield. The stickers affixed straight and level just the way I like it.

Mike and his team responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to meet my scheduling needs. I had recently used another popular, nationwide windshield company who I needed repeat visits from and they never corrected the problem fully. Patriot Auto glass does an amazing job and are very professional and punctual. Will use them again and again. Have recommended them to several friends.

When I noticed a crack in my Hyundai's windshield on Saturday and then saw it slowly travel across the glass on Sunday, I knew I had to act quickly. I called Patriot Glass Monday morning with the hope of getting the glass replaced by Wednesday. They found the replacement windshield and called me back to say they could do it that day, Monday, in the early afternoon. Same day service is great, as I was worried about driving my 60 mile round-trip commute with steadily extending damage. The tech, Fezz, showed up on time and explained the process, then set to it. He answered my questions during the replacement with humor and patience. I felt completely confident that he knew his job. With the new glass in, he gave me his recommendations on how to treat the glass for the next few days. In all, the replacement took about 50 minutes from the moment he arrived to when we shook hands and he drove off. In the week since, I have had no problems of any kind--wind or water leaks, for instance--with the new glass. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

They were fantastic. They came right out and did the work unbelievably fast. There was no fuss and they did a great job overall.

Very professional. Best price. Would definitely use them again (but hope I don't have to although this is the second car I have had to replace the windshield in).

Mike, the owner/operator, was very polite and straightforward, tried to set proper expectations because the broken window I had wasn't likely going to be available same day (older car, side tinted passenger window), but followed up and ultimately found the part and saved the day and allowed me to continue the plans I had made earlier with folks from out of town. Mike was responsive, did complete and work, cleaned up the work area well and the car, and instructed me on what to do and not to do for the next few days to assure the bond held. I would heartily recommend them for use although I hope to not be in a position to require it that often!

Patriot Auto glass replaced the windshield very quickly. Called them on a Friday and appointment was initially set for the following Monday. I received a call on Saturday saying they could do it then if we were available at 3 that afternoon. He came by at 1 and luckily my wife was home then. There was a miscommunication about the model year of the van so he had brought the wrong windshield, however, he went back to the shop, had the right one in stock, and returned around 3 to install it. He installed it in about an hour and so far, no complaints at all. No leaks and the windshield appears to have been installed properly and is like new. Would definitely call Patriot Auto Glass again if I need their services again, but hopefully, no more cracked windshields :-)

He was thorough, answered all my questions and even replaced the pair of wipers I had that we were going to install when the windshield was replaced. He was personable and professional.
