Patriot showed up exactly when promised and replaced my daughters windshield in about 1/2 hour. The tech was very friendly.

Called after seeing on Angie's List. It was Friday and person who answered said they were full til next Tuesday. Called me back in about 5 minutes and said they might be able to replace the windshield on Friday but maybe late in the day. Received a call about an hour later and said that they could be at the house by 1:21 pm. Man named Vince arrived in a truck labeled Patriot Glass. He immediately set to work. A piece of gravel from a dump truck had hit the windshield and cracked it, about an 8 inch crack. Earlier the man on the phone said the windshield had to be replaced. Vince was thoroughly professional and clearly an expert at this task. He said he had been doing this for 29 years. Great job! Great company! This is why I love Angie's List! They took the $20 Angie's List coupon.

I called for a quote. They gave me the best price I could find, came the next morning exactly on time, and replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. The technician had 30 years experience, and did a great job.

I have always used the glass replacement company recommended by my insurance company., but I callled Patriot to get a quote and they were $100 cheaper.

Incredible service from Patriot Auto Glass. I called my insurance company to report vandalism on my car and they sent me to Safelite to schedule a repair. If I had gone with Safelite, I'd still be without a replacement window and it would have cost TWICE as much. Plus, they would've charged me extra to come to me. I did a search here on Angie's List and found Patriot Auto Glass. I had someone scheduled within 24 hours of calling and the quote was far less than Safelite. The technician called about 30 minutes before arriving and got to the repair immediately. He was professional and helpful and showed me some potential issues that may have been caused by the vandals. It was by far the smoothest process I encountered. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass repair! It was wonderful that they could come to me without an additional charge.

The technician, Fez, arrived on time. He assessed the car model/windshield to be sure that the right one was in the truck. He then explained (in detail, by request) to me what he would be doing during the replacement. Despite my constant questions (I like to know how things are taken apart and put together), he answered all of my questions while he worked and finished it very quickly. He was knowledgable, courteous and personable. |The price was as quoted over the phone. I would definitely call them again should the need arise.

I went through my insurance company and selected Patriot Auto Glass because of the high reviews on Angie's List. My insurance company connected me directly with Patriot Auto Glass and we scheduled same-day service at my place of work. The cost was covered 100% by my insurance, all I had to do was tell them when and where to do the service. They said to expect a call about 30 minutes before service and that they should be able to get out to my by around noon. The arrived on time and performed the service in a timely manner, and called me when the work was completed. I was given some instructions/tips for how to treat the windshield for the next couple days and given an opportunity to review the work that had been done before signing the invoice. All in all, a great experience.

Had a crack in windshield, they were able to help within an hour. Where there may have been tears, there was joy. Thank you!!!

I had called several other companies but I needed to take the truck into them and no one would let me know when they would be finished with the repairs. The other companies wanted between 500 and 700 dollars for the repair. I went on to Angie's list to see if I could find someone that might be faster since I needed the truck by Friday morning. I called Mike at Patriot and said he could have someone by to fix it by noon the next day and didn't even ask how much because it was more important to get the work done right away. Vince arrived on time and went right to work putting in the window. He cleaned up all of the broken glass and put it all back together and it looked like new. I was pleasantly surprised when he gave me the bill for $308.00

The whole process was so fast and convenient. They were extremely responsive after I asked for an initial quote, and a technician even came out to my work to replace the windshield. The technician Vince, by the way, was awesome and super nice. I would definitely suggest Patriot Auto Glass to friends in the future. :)

It was cold and had snowed the night before, but they go the work done quickly and efficiently. They called about 1/2 before arrival so I could remove the snow from the window and roof before they arrived. They provided the coupon discount on the spot with no trouble. Great experience.

I'm very pleased with the Patriot Auto Glass. They were able to come out to my house the day after my windshield was cracked. It sounded like they would've been able to come the day of, had it not been about 12 degrees. It was still quite cold the day the technician came out (20s!). The windshield was replaced in about 35 minutes! My only minor complaint was that he came around one time I said I wouldn't be available b/c of a work call, but he only needed a moment of my time to point out and unlock the car, so it wasn't a big deal. I would just recommend giving more of a buffer if you have a work call or appointment. I'm still giving an A for punctuality since he came early the day after I called and called a few times to let me know he hit traffic. Also, I compared costs with some other companies, including a more well known one. The cost was about $130 less for the same service and the other company didn't have mobile service availability for over a week. Overall, very happy with this company and the service I received.

Job went from making initial inquiry to complete in 2 hours. Mike with Patriot conference called in my insurance company, got everything squared away and had a tech out to me before lunch. Fezz was prompt and courteous, remounted all my stickers and ez-pass transponder, and was done in under a half hour. All in all a painless process. Will use again next time my Jeep catches a rock.

Windshield fractured near the defroster - about 18 inches long. Called the insurance company (USAA) to get a quote and make a claim (they use Safelite). Quote was $450. That seemed high so I got on Angie's List and found Patriot. I called them late in the day and they told me they could have someone out as early as the next business day. The quote was a far more reasonable $240 (so almost half of Safelite) and came with a lifetime warranty. The service was superb in every respect, from the phone call, to scheduling to delivery and installation. I completely recommend them. UPDATE: Used them for a second time (welcome to DC). Same excellent service as before. Tech was on time and polite. Job was well done and the price was less than my deductible. As it appears I'll keep needing them, I'll definitely keep using them.

Patriot Auto Glass folks were perfect an true pros in whatever they do. I reached out to them to replace my cracked windshield on my 2008 RX400 and they responded right away; they provided a quote quote for the same day service and they came to my home to perform the service on time. They were in constant touch with me from the initial quote till the job got completed. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

The scheduling, punctuality and work were all done to the highest degree of care and professionalism. However, a few days after installation, we discovered that the rain sensor wasn't working when out driving in the rain. Patriot Auto sent a technician to try to rectify the problem, but they could not make it work. Mike (the owner) then researched and sent me through some suggested reset instructions, but this didn't solve the problem, so we agreed to get back in touch the next time it rained. This was several weeks later and indeed the rain sensor was still not working. Mike then came out himself with one of the technicians and discovered a small crack in the windshield, close to the rain sensor, and were able to install a replacement windshield that day. Immediate success. I believe companies are better judged on their reaction when things go wrong. Mike and the team were superb throughout and never once asked for additional money to put this right. The only slight negative was the mild undertone of mistrust that this issue was caused by something after the initial installation. I can understand this to some extent, and credit to Mike and the team for stepping up to the plate and fixing this when others I'm sure would have tried to charge extra. I will have no hesitation in using Mike and his team again, and highly recommend them to others.

The Honda CRX I own is a 20+ year old car; unfortunately they were unable to find any replacement glass . I sourced a replacement glass for cheap and contacted Mike to see if they could install the glass I had; he said no problem. Safelite on the other hand wouldn't do it for liability reasons. They came out; cleaned out the car; vacuumed the glass up and did a great job on installing the glass!! I will be looking to have them install my windshield when I have it replaced in the spring!!

Patriot did a wonderful job. They showed up on time Saturday morning at 9am and started work immediately. Before starting the technician very clearly explained the process and timeline for me. The process was expected to take 1 hour and they got it done in the time expected. Once they completed the work, I received very detailed instructions for making sure that there were no problems with the installation (e.g., wait time to drive, removing protective tape, etc.). This is the second time we've used Patriot Auto glass. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.

I had a crack in my windshield so I called Patriot on Monday, late afternoon, and was able to schedule them to come to my place of work two days later. They called me at 8:30 AM to let me know they would be there just after 9:00 AM, and true to their word, Vince showed up just after 9:00 AM. He told me it would take about an hour, and it did. He called me when he was done and I met him at my car where he gave me instructions on the care of the new windshield. Vince was very friendly, and professional. The price was $10 over what they quoted me on the phone, but I didn't think that was a big deal. I am very happy with their service and would definitely use Patriot Auto Glass again.

We have had problems with the windshield on this car leaking off and on for several years. We even took it to the Honda dealership, and they resealed it -- but it eventually started leaking again. We called Patriot Auto Glass because of their excellent reviews on Angie's List. It was raining the day of the scheduled windshield replacement, so the work had to be done inside our garage -- which is crowded and difficult to move around in. Patriot Auto Glass spent some time talking to us about the problem before doing the actual work. Hey noted that the car has a sunroof, and said it is possible that it's the sunroof leaking -- not the windshield. Once he removed the windshield, they were able to determine several problems with the seal around the windshield, and that it did not seem to be the sunroof. The work was done quickly, and they put all of the "stuff" (inspection sticker, parking pass, EZPass) back on the windshield. I would recommend Patriot Auto Glass to anyone who needs a windshield replaced. They really took the time to try to find the problem, and were very friendly and professional the entire time.

We called the local store here in Springfield, VA , Auto Glass America. Mike was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They had the best price in our area, fast, same day service. This was great since it was a fleet vehicle and limited the down time for that unit and they came to us to do the on-site install. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone we know who needs a new windshield or window replacement..

My husband called Patriot Auto on a Friday to replace the windshield in his Camry. The company came to our home the next morning. Unfortunately, my husband told them the wrong year of his car, so the windshield could not immediately be replaced. The technician called in the order for the new windshield and returned with it in the afternoon. The technician was pleasant and helpful. We found this company on Angie's List and used a coupon. This company responded quickly and did a great job.

I sent a request for an estimate to replace my car's windshield on Sunday. A short time later, I was given an email quote, (great service for a Sunday) and scheduled an appointment. My only complaint is this, I wasn't given a time frame for the day of service, I was told that I would be called when the technician was on the way. The technician did call when he was about 30 minutes away. The windshield replacement was quick and without incident. The technician did notice some previous damage near my windshield and pointed it out to me prior to starting. I'm sure that's common practice so he doesn't get blamed, for something that he didn't do, later. When he was finished he showed me what he did and told me how to take care of it while it cured. The technician told me that he noticed that my windshield wiper nuts were loose and that he had tighter them for me. At the end, I was charged the price I was quoted and the car was cleaner than when the work was started. I am very happy with the service I received.
