If there was a higher rating for price and professionalism than "A,"I would give it. I used their website to request an appointment for the next day so that I could replace the cracked windshield before I took the car in for inspection. Patriot called and e-mailed in the morning to make sure that I knew they had the glass and could do it. They accommodated my work schedule. They were a little late, but overall, I would recommend them to anyone. And the price which they quoted in the e-mail was exactly what was charged - an excellent price. I will use them again.

The $50 I paid was the glass deductible for my insurance, so I didn't really shop around to determine how competitive their prices are. I initially called to get information and a quote to repair rock damage to my windshield sustained when I was on my way out of town. By the time I got back to town two days later, the crack had spread halfway across the windshield, which meant it needed replacing. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week, and the technician came out on time. The process took about 20 minutes. All of the stickers/decals/transponders on the old windshield were transferred to the new one with no damage to any of them. I haven't had any problems since the work was done.

The provider?s representative called approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving, as promised, to perform the work. I scheduled the work several days in advance to coincide with a day I had planned on being off work and at home. The provider?s arrived punctually and was courteous, and obviously skilled. I am a naturally curious person and watched most of the procedure. I asked questions and the representative took time to explain each procedure carefully. He carefully transferred the state inspection and county tax stickers and the EZ-Pass transponder from the old glass to the new glass. At the end of the job, the representative asked if there was anything else needed and explained the curing period necessary to ensure a good seal on the new glass. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will use Patriot Auto Glass again, if needed, and will recommend their services to others in need of auto glass services in the Northern Virginia area.

I couldn't be happier with the service. I contacted Patriot on Tuesday afternoon and requested an appointment for the next day, between 11am and 3pm, when I would be available. I was confirmed for the scheduled appointment and was told that I should expect the technician to call me when he was on his way.. On Wednesday, I was contacted by Vince who confirmed that he would arrive at my house at about 12:30. He arrived as scheduled and began the repair. Vince finished the job fully to my satisfaction.

Mike, the owner, quoted me a price $100 below Safelite and other vendors in the area. On top of the great price, they were able to replace the glass the same day while Safelite required a week before they could book an appointment. They called 15 minutes ahead of the arrival and replaced the windshield in less than 30 minutes. Angie's List rated this as the top Auto Glass vendor in my area with a solid track record for quality work - add one more to the list! I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder that had a shattered back window. I spoke with Mike and Patriot Auto glass on Tuesday and he said that he would order the window and would send someone to be at my house the next day. We were happy with the fact that the company comes all the way out to you! Vince was prompt with his arrival and work performed; he finished within 2 hours. I wasn't home when he did the work, but thankfully he required minimal interaction with my wife, who was home with the baby. I was very happy with the work that Patriot Auto Glass did; I was just a little disappointed that it couldn't have been cheaper than it was. Completed an online quote form this morning and received a call less than an hour later. The price that was quoted was less than my deductible and less than I was quoted from other companies. I couldn't believe that they said they could have someone out the same day as my quote. Vince gave me a heads up call when he was on his way and a courtesy call when he was out front. After a quick chat, he got to work. Windshield was replaced in less than an hour and looks great (all my stickers were put back on too!). Patriot Autoglass helped me out significantly. I had just bought a car no 02/28 and a week later the window completely cracked! I took it to the dealership where I bought it and they pretty much said I was out of gas and it was my fault. I originally went through insurance but my deductible was really high and the place they wanted me to go through wanted $800 to fix it. I did my reviews on Patriot Autoglass and the gentleman I worked with not only helped me cancel my insurance claim but help me walkthrough some misinformation that between I and the insurance company had given him and he got me a much better price on the windshield. I saved at least $500. I hope my window never cracks again but if it did I would reach out to him again!

The service request telephone was answered within two rings by the company owner who was the person who performed the work. The provider committed to a service window that fit my schedule. The provider had no problems agreeing to my request to perform the work on the next day, When I was scheduling the appointment, the owner informed me that he would call me by cellphone prior to arrival, and he did so on the agreed repair date. The provider appeared on time, and had all of the tools and supplies necessary to perform the repair, The repair was completed within twenty minutes. The provider cleaned up their tools and trash, and removed them from the site, The provider prepared the invoice and processed the credit card payment across the hood of my car. The actual cost of the repair was in-line with the estimate that was informally discussed when the appointment was scheduled. In total, I am very pleased with my experience with this provider, and recommend them for your automobile glass needs.

Went great. Got a quick quote online and found that the dealer charged about the same, and used an outside vendor. I emailed Mike and he scheduled conveniently. That day he said they'd be there between 1-4pm, they showed up just after 1pm, was pleased. It was drizzling, they put up a tent over the car. Overall very pleased and no leaks yet!

I contacted Patriot Auto Glass to replace my windshield. I wanted Mercedes glass from the dealer. Very quickly they worked up what the difference was between what my insurance would cover and what the job would cost. The explained all the pluses and minuses to dealer glass. I wanted it anyway. They worked with me and my insurance company to get dealer glass installed for me. On the day the installation was to happen, they were absolutely fantastic at phone communication. They came within 15 minutes of when they said they would. They came on my schedule not theirs. The service was quick and painless. They explained everything I needed to know. They explained their warranty. They were good at assessing my car and telling me what needed looked at in the future. These guys were top notch. I'm not use to such good service. Fezz and his partner showed up on time, was careful to explain what the repair will and will not do, and then they went to work. Patriot Auto Glass is Fabulous. They scheduled a very timely appointment, to meet our timeline, to replace the windshield on our son's car. There was a problem with the initial replacement and when we called to report the problem, the owner was very responsive to the address the concern as soon as possible. The repair needed to be completed on a tight timeline because our son was leaving to start a new job out of the area. The timeline was respected and they were at our house within no time completing the repair to perfection! I highly recommend this company.

Patriot Auto Glass provided outstanding mobile auto glass replacement service. The firm strives to provide same or next day service - which they provided to me. The technician arrived with the materials required for my car. He was very expert in all the steps required to remove the old windshield and install a new windshield - including reinstalling the rearview mirror and the inspection sticker Further, he provided instructions on when I could drive the car again and remove the installation tape. Patriot provides a lifetime workmanship warranty.

After my call, they came out the next day and replaced my windshield while I was at work. Good communication with the company. It was quick and easy and a reasonable price.

Fezz came out, called before he got here, arrived exactly on time. I was given an accurate quote over the phone this morning, and they were willing to work around my schedule. They did the repairs on-site at my home, in the rain. Fezz was personable and professional. Original call was to replace the back window of my pickup, but while he was here he also repaired a chip in my sister's windshield.

I called Patriot on Monday to replace the windshield on my Toyota Sienna. They had the windshield in stock, and came out Tuesday to replace it. They showed up on time, even though it was snowing, and were done in under 45 minutes. Very friendly and professional staff and the cost was well worth it. I would definitely use their service again.
