We received a call immediately after requesting the service to set up an appointment. They called before they came and were on time. He explained that although he could repair the chip in the windshield and keep it from further spreading, you would still be able to see it. He did a very good job and you can barely see the former damage.

They arrived on time and sealed my windshield crack so it wouldn't spider any further. The technician told me that if I wasn't satisfied and/or decided I wanted to replace the windshield, they would credit me the $65 I spent towards the new windshield. I thought that was a great benefit of using their service.

Very quick response, arrived a little early for appointment, called to let me know they were on the way, quick process. Super friendly.

From start to finish, our experience with Patriot Auto Glass went smoothly. We requested a quote online and Mike, the President, promptly responded with a very fair quote and we were on the schedule for the following Saturday. William called about 30 minutes prior to arriving for the replacement to let us know he was on his way. He arrived and completed the work in a timely fashion and left a clean work area. I originally bought the Angie's List deal to repair my cracked windshield. Patriot showed up the next morning to take a look. Unfortunately, the windshield was damaged beyond repair and had to be replaced. They looked up the the specs on my current windshield and they were able to come back out that afternoon and replace it. They matched the windshield exactly with the same blue strip along the top and the heating elements along the bottom, and they used an OEM product. I called around and the price they quoted me was better than any other places I contacted. I was pleased with this service, and they will be the first person I call if I get another crack in my windshield.

My windshield got cracked by a rock while I was driving on Dulles 267. I believe it was by a rock. I was livid because that happened to me a few years ago and within a few hours of driving it spread halfway across my windshield. I wound up having to pay $1000.00 to get the whole windshield replaced. So I called Geico and they said I could get it repaired if it was smaller than the length of a dollar bill. So I tried to set up an appointment with a repair shop Geico recommended but they couldn't come out until A WEEK LATER. So I went on Angie's List and found Patriot Auto Glass. I called and spoke to Mike who was extremely helpful. He explained that they work with Geico and not only would it be covered but they could come out that next morning!!! I was like AWESOME...!!! So they sent out a guy who came and fixed my window within a matter of minutes. It was FANTASTIC. I HIGHLY recommend Patriot Auto Glass and will definitely call them first if I have any other needs. Very good experience at a competitive price. Patriot arrived promptly and replaced the cracked windshield. Fezz, the technician, fully explained what he was doing and then quickly and efficiently changed out the windshield. Very happy with the result and would recommend them.

I spoke with the owner of Patriot Auto Glass in the afternoon about replacing the wndshield in out Toyota Sienna. He assured me he could do the job ab on my premises the following morning. They were good to their word and arrived at the agreed upon time. Their work was very good and the windshield has given us no problems (e.g. no leaks, wind noises, etc.).

Started with the vendor suggested by the auto dealer (Ourisman Toyota Chantilly). That vendor was incompetent. Went to Angie's List and found Patriot, which did an outstanding job.

I selected three to pursue with my insurance company. Patriot Auto Glass was not only at the top of the list with outstanding customer comments; it is affiliated with my insurance company and bills them directly. I was able to schedule the appointment with Mike for installation within a few days during a short phone call for mobile installation at my home. The technician arrived at he scheduled time, performed the work expertly and finished within a half hour. The professionalism and courteousness was appreciated. I recommend this auto glass installer without hesitation.

Patriot Auto Glass provided outstanding service. We called several companies for estimates. My wife actually spoke with a Patriot customer service representative, whom she described as knowledgeable and trustworthy. The customer service representative was upfront about the possibility that the weather stripping around the windshield might have to be replaced, and quoted a set price just in case. He also mentioned an Angie's List coupon, which we printed and used. Patriot was able to schedule us for a next day appointment, at our house, which we appreciated. On the day of service, our technician - Vince - called ahead, arriving on time, and performed the work quickly and with very good attention to detail. He carefully removed the windshield weather stripping and was able to reapply it after setting the glass. I'd been concerned about reusing the weather stripping because of a bad experience with a different vendor, but Vince did a fantastic job with the fit and seal. I'm writing this review on the day of service, and my wife and I have already referred Patriot to two of our close friends.

I needed the windshield on my conversion van replaced so I went to a well known company in our area that had replaced the windshield on 3 of our vehicles in the past. When I told them it was a conversion van they wouldn't even look at it they said we don't do conversion vans. So I went to Angies list and picked one of the top rated auto glass replacement companies and it was Patriot. I needed to ask if they did windshield on conversion vans. I asked my questions online and within 30 minutes I found out all they needed was the vehicle vin #. At that point I was relieved that this was not going to be a long drawn out process but then my day got overcome by other events. I didn't think about it for a couple days when I got a message from Patriot did I still need to get the windshield replaced. I got the vin # and along with thanking them for the reminder sent them a message. Within less than a half hour I had a message with a quote, They had the windshield in stock and did I want to schedule the replacement at my home. I called them to have it done the next day. They arrived at midday as they said they would. They were polite, fast and told me about after care. It was a great experience.

Was happy as they replaced with original BMW windshield. They had great, fast service. Came out very next day. Were very professional and courteous and good quality work.

I called about noon today to have my cracked windshield replaced and by 3 pm it was completed. They called 15 minutes before they arrived and the tech was knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job. Hopefully I never have to replace a windshield again but I would use Patriot Auto Glass if I did. They honored my Angie's List coupon as well.

I needed my windshield replaced because my car is 13 years old and the windshield had gotten scratched in a way that interfered with my driving. I chose this company based on the great reviews on Angie's list. I sent an email request for a quote on their website and someone called me back at 8:30 AM the next day. They scheduled me for the following day between 1 and 4 PM, as I requested. The technician called around 1:30 to let me know he was coming and arrived around 2 PM. He did a great job. On the receipt they note that you have to wait an hour before driving the car, that you shouldn't have a power car wash for 3 days, and that you can't remove the tape they put on for 24 hours. The technician told me the first two instructions, but not the third, and I didn't see it on the receipt until after we removed the tape that evening and drove the car (although it seems fine) So just make sure you read the receipt and follow all the instructions. I highly recommend this company-- the process was easy and efficient from start to finish. If you mention Angie's list they give you $20 off.

We had two vehicles broken into at the Glen Echo Park in Maryland on a Sunday evening leaving both vehicles cluttered with shards of glass and 3 windows that needed replacement ASAP. Enter Mike and his team from Patriot Auto Glass... Mike was immediately responsive with a quote on Monday morning and arranged for one of his technicians to come to the house immediately with replacement windows. Fez arrived from Patriot on time and got to work explaining the process, cleaning up the mess and replacing all the windows. The rear passenger window of our GMC Yukon Denali was replaced an worked perfectly without any issues. Fez also replaced the front passenger window (laminated glass) and the rear right passenger window (tempered) of our Cadillac Escalade ESV as well. Unfortunately, and much to Fez's frustration the rear passenger window would slightly pull up the felt window track/seal. Fez attempted to re-install the window and seal several times to no avail. Fortunately Fez and Mike were consummate professionals and assured me that they would get it right and that the likely issue was slight difference in the glass curvature between the glass manufacturers. On 2 subsequent trips Mike sent another technician Vince out with different manufactured glass to replace the prior version. On both of his trips Vince was similarly challenged and frustrated with the additional replacement windows as neither of these windows fit perfectly. Vince explained the challenges every step of the way in person and all the while Mike was also constantly in touch via text updating me on the challenges and issues and made 100% commitment to fixing the problem to my satisfaction. Finally, on the 4th attempt Mike and his team came up with the perfect OEM window replacement that sealed perfectly into our door and door frame similar to the original window. Dealing with window/windshield replacements is a pain and it takes a high level of technical experience, patience and professionalism from a service provider to get it right. In some cases it also takes an element of patience and understanding from a client perspective to get the job done right. My advice to anyone in need of car window/windshield replacement services in the greater Washington, DC area is to contact Mike and his team at Patriot Auto Glass. You will get excellent value but even more importantly you are going to get incredible customer service and 100% confidence that the issues will be explained to you up front and that the problem will be completely worked to your satisfaction. [Note: Through this process I also learned that the burglars that break into our cars can sometimes do damage to the actual window frame or even worse the motor that drives your window up and down. I didn't have either of these issues but they were explained to me upfront my the Patriot team. If you have these issues I would definitely be mindful of potentially going to your dealership, etc.]

A rock chipped the windshield of our car right in the driver's sight path. Vince came out and repaired it in no time. Mike was very responsive in e-mailing me. Couldn't be happier with this service.
