I called Chapin on Tuesday after reading the many positive reviews they had received on Angie's List. They were able to schedule the windshield replacement for the next day. Being a bit outside of their normal service area, I was surprised at how quickly they were willing to schedule the job. They called in advance of coming to my home to perform the work just to verify that it was a good time. They completed the work very quickly and professionally and provided me with instructions on how to care for the windshield over the next week as the adhesive cures and went over their warranty details. Lidia P. was incredibly professional in making all of the arrangements from scheduling to payment. My experience with Chapin Auto Glass was totally positive.

From the initial call until the final wave goodbye things couldn't have gone better. Lydia was very helpful on the phone, asking the appropriate questions and guiding me through how the process would work. We set a two how window when they would show up. Half hour before they called to ask if it was raining where I lived as that affects the integrity of the glue. It wasn't and they showed up a half our later. She said it would take less than an hour and it did. The price was very reasonable as were the guarantee and warranty. I would definitely recommend Chapin Auto Glass to any and everyone.

Van door was dented a bit where the thief had jammed something down the door. Window was broken. Chapin did a good job working around the dented door issue to still get the new glass in place and make it work properly. They were prompt and came to my house to do the work. I was also able to get an appointment really quickly. They did a great job.

The person answering the phone was very cheerful and helpful, and informed me that the proper windshield was in stock and could be installed two days later. She gave me the exact cost with my discount, and explained the repair team would come to our location, which was very handy. When we realized that the weather would not be good for the repairs to be done outside, Chapin quickly came up with an alternative date and time. On the day of the repairs, I received a call letting me know that the repair team could come a bit early and giving me an estimated arrival time. The team arrived precisely on schedule and immediately started work. The repairs (including transfer of county and inspection stickers) were completed in less than an hour, and I received a thorough explanation of how to care for the new windshield for the next several weeks. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience, and would definitely use the same company again! Even through they were very busy, they made every effort to squeeze me into their schedule and they came out to where my car was located and rendered services within 2 or three hours. They got there exactly when they said they would get there. They were very fast and professional. Service was top notch.

Chapin Auto Glass did excellent work.....it was most convenient that they replaced my windshield at my home - they had my windshield in stock and offered to replace my glass the following day. They arrived on time and changed out the glass in less than 45 minutes. I was especially appreciative that they were very gracious and answered all my questions and took time to make sure that I understood the driving restrictions that I had to follow while the windshield 'cured'. I would certainly recommend them to anyway requiring automobile glass replacement.

I recently noticed a small crack in my windshield and wanted to have it repaired before it became too big and required a complete windshield replacement. I called Chapin and spoke with Dany. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and said he could be at my house to repair it in two days. He showed up on time and fixed the repair in 15 minutes, and best of all, it looks great. Dany was very friendly and professional and I would absolutely recommend him to others.

I was visiting relatives in the MD area the night before thanksgiving and had my 2005 BMW 5-series broken into because I had left my gps on the dashboard (dumb, I know). I was freaking out because I knew that no one would be open on Thanksgiving day. I called three companies who didn't even answer the phone until I happened to find Chapin Auto Glass on another site called Checkbook dot org. My call was taken by Danny who was very professional and explained the different glass options as far as quality. He said that they normally would not be open on Thanksgiving but seeing as though I couldn't drive around with a missing window he would be willing to come out Thanksgiving morning! Wow, I'm sold. He arrived on time and finished the work in under an hour and even vacuumed out the whole car for me! I gotta say that's why I prefer supporting small businesses, they are still willing to go the extra mile. He didn't even want to accept a tip, but I forced him to take it. I can't praise Chapin Auto Glass enough. I will definitely use them again if the need arises (hopefully not any time soon though).
