Highly recommend the Naughty Stump! They are extremely competitive pricing-wise and did excellent work! We had them remove a massive tree from our back yard, which was a multiple day effort. They brought their new crane and the kids loved watching them do their work. We even added on to the scope and had them trim our front tree while they were here. They diligently worked to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to making customers happy. The team even checked in with our neighbors to clean up any branches that fell into their yard. Jose and Paul in particular put in extra effort towards to end to address every last detail. Prompt, friendly, effective service

Had a tree emergency due to the storm. The operations manager came as soon as the rain stopped, the same day I called, gave us a reasonable estimate and cleared out the fallen tree the same morning with a two person team.

The Naughty Stump Remover responded to my email within a day, came to my house to make an estimate the next day, and the following day removed the stump. Although the removal was relatively simple, I am very happy with the speedy service provided at a reasonable price for the work completed.

I first learned about The Naughty Stump Remover company through several very complimentary reports of the company in our local Arlington "next door neighbor" web site. I called for an estimate and Glenn Duncan the owner visited me a day later and examined the tree that required removal. His estimate was lower than two others I had and his enthusiasm for the project and description of the project requirements led me to select his company for the tree removal. His crew showed up at the scheduled time, introduced themselves and expeditiously completed the project in one day. I observed the team's workmanship and professionalism to be excellent and their friendly demeanor turned the day into a pleasant experience. They were very careful to avoid damaging nearby lawn and plantings and did an amazing job of cleaning up the job site. I had asked if they could cut two branches on an adjoining tree which Glenn approved at no extra cost. They ended up cutting more than the two branches as Glenn wanted to be sure and do more than required to satisfy me. The next day Glenn called me to confirm that I was fully satisfied with his team's performance and that all expected work had been accomplished. In sum, his performance was excellent and I would be happy to refer The Naughty Stump Remover to friends and neighbors.
