Very mature, calm, competent, efficient work. In addition to installing a new faucet in our kitchen, Nestor (sp?) checked out two leaks that were easily fixed. No unnecessary work was done and what was done was done quickly and neatly. I would definitely recommend R Plumber to anyone in need of plumbing work at a good value.

I had some water collecting in my hot water heater pan, and had R Plumber come out. The pros: They come right away when I called first thing in the morning, they had the tools to fix the issue quickly, and the price was about where I suspected it would be. The cons: The first diagnostic was that my (less than two years old) water heater was leaking. When I told them that didn't make sense, they then did some more investigating and realized the condensation line from my AC unit wasn't draining out of my condo and was backing up into my pan, which was correct, however the suggestion was that the installation of my water heater was correct and that the heater and pan needed to be elevated so the water didn't back up. When I again said that didn't make sense as this was my second summer with the AC running and I hadn't had an issue before, they said there was a possibility the line was clogged. I had mentioned that someone in my building had a similar issue at the beginning of the conversation, but it seemed to take a long time to get to the actual issue, which is what I had suspected from the very beginning. While we ultimately got to the heart of the problem and fixed it quickly, it was a frustrating for me to have to push back so much to get to the right answer.

R Plumber arrived on time. The quickly proceeded to do the work which was replacement of garbage disposal and cleaned the area well. The work appears to be quality. I then asked about another problem I was having with a leaking from bathroom. They assessed what they thought the issue was and corrected it on the spot for another fee, but saving me time and effort to hire someone.

I had a gas line ran from my basement to the kitchen. Rene and his team did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. He was extremely professional and on time. Very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them. They are my go to plumber from now on.

The technician ( Rene ) is a very nice guy, he came early 1/2 hr before appointment ( Friday 9/15/17 ) make a careful research what 's wrong, assisted the owner what should be done, gave a cost estimating and scheduling to do the job. Today ( 9/18/ 17 ) he came on time, working and finishing the job in a professional manner, the cost is reasonable, no hidden detail. I would call him next time if there 's any problem w/ my home plumbing, Heating/AC and give him very good reference to anyone.
